For many years Tim Whild and I have worked individually and together with the awesome Archangel Metatron and so we were thrilled when he asked us to write The Archangel Guide to Enlightenment and Mastery .

Mastery is the ability to control your energy systems and maintain your high frequency whatever is happening to you. Walking mastery is a term applied to those who are living in a physical body while maintaining the upper levels of the fifth dimension. This occurs when you contain a high percentage of light in your four-body system your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
