CHAPTER FOUR SETTING A COMMON GOAL Many things, such as the same color uniform, a team name, or a common interest, can unite your team.

However, the most important thing that unites a team is its common goal. Before your team members start working, you should all set a common goal together. Imagine you are part of your schools robotics club. Your common goal might be to win a robotics contest for your school. As you work, keep the goal in mind and it will help you overcome your differences and setbacks.
