Introduction
Minecraft: Story Mode, hailing from Telltale Games, is among the freshest of brand new additions to the ever popular Minecraft franchise. Telltale Games has released similar titles for CSI, Jurassic Park, Back to the Future and Game of Thrones. Now, it is Minecrafts turn. It can be an continuing point-and-click episodic saga that becomes a visual journey game title much like Telltale's prior labels. You may gather objects, answer questions, and speak with non-playable figures while dialogue trees in order to find out about your tale as well as establish exactly what to accomplish from then on. Similar to different Telltale Game titles, choices which the participant would make can have a direct effect on things later on. Even so, in contrast to Telltale's earlier video games which have much more mature overtones like the death of main characters, Minecraft: Story Mode can be described as family-friendly , therefore the selections continue to be critical but don't entail mature symbolism or even themes. Aspects of creating and constructing, core to Minecraft, will be incorporated in the actual gaming.

Basics of Gameplay
On the main title screen, click the play button to get the ball rolling on your new Minecraft telltale adventure. When the following screen loads, choose your character Jesses appearance, boiling down to gender, skin color and clothing. Proceed to start the first episode, which will begin with a long monologue setting the stage and introducing the Order of the Stone to you. The Order of the Stone consists of Gabriel the Warrior, Ellegaard the Engineer, Magnus the Rogue and its leader, Soren the Architect. The introduction proceeds to the story of how they slew the Ender Dragon with their combined teamwork.
As it says, once one story ends, another one begins. Meet your character Jesse, his/her friends and his/her pig Reuben. Together, make way to the Endercon Building Competition, the winner of whom is slated to meet Gabriel the Warrior, one of the four members of the famed Order of the Stone! Engage in the risky journey throughout the Overworld, throughout the Nether, towards the End, and also over and above. You as well as your buddies revere the popular Order of the Stone. When at EnderCon with dreams of interacting with Gabriel the Warrior, you realize that something has gone horribly wrong. Horror will be exposed, and you have to set out on a mission to locate the Order of the Stone if you're in order to save the planet from oblivion.
Just like with other games in the Telltale series, a player will be given options with choices to make as the game goes along. The player can choose from any of the few options presented (tends to be between two and four) in order to move on with the story in the manner of their choosing. Then, after the selection is made, the video portion of the game will usually play to show what happens next with the consequences and effects of that choice taking into account, and often leading to the next pivotal decision to make in the same way. And on and on it goes. Rinse and repeat.
Besides the conversation trees and making a selection from whatever available options are presented, there are also times in the game when Jesse has the chance to move about using the standard walking controls of the game. With various buttons, Jesse will have the chance to check certain things and interact with objects and items before moving on with the telltale adventure. In these cases, the button necessary to push in order to interact with an object on the screen, or a non-playable character or other entity, will be displayed on the screen prominently and boldly, so there will be no missing it. Naturally, the placement of these buttons will vary significantly depending upon what platform you are using to play Minecraft: Story Mode, be it PC, Mac, Xbox, Playstation, iOS, Android, etc.
Minecraft : Story Mode will ultimately consist of five episodes that make up the series. As of the time of this strategy guide, however, only the first two have been released. The first episode is entitled The Order of the Stone and was released in early October 2015, and the second episode, entitled Assembly Required, premiered on October 27th , 2015. The third episode will be called The Last Place You Look, the fourth A Block and a Hard Place and the fifth and final installment of the group will be Order Up! All three of the upcoming episodes are said to be up for release either at the very close of 2015 or perhaps sometime in 2016. Until then, gamers and Minecraft enthusiasts alike will have the pair of first two episodes to play around with!
Just like with other titles released by Telltale in the past, Minecraft : Story Mode and the experience of playing it is dependent on what the player is like and what decisions that they will make and project onto the characters that they have control over during the gameplay. In essence, it becomes a virtual choose your own adventure where your play through the game is different from that of someone else and you can even experience the game in a new style by playing through the episodes again and making different choices along your path!
