Ingredients
- 4 Breast Piece of Chicken
- Cup of Onion Paste
- Cup of Garlic Paste
- Cup Ginger Paste
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Cup Flour
- Cup of Corn Starch
- Cup of Chilli Powder
- 3 Eggs
- A cup of Crushed Corn Flakes
- A cup of Crushed biscuit (Marie)
- A cup of Breadcrumbs
- Pepper (as required)
- Salt (as required)
- Rice Oil (as required)
Serving Size:
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken pieces into thin strips.
2. In a bowl mix the onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken strips in it and again mix thoroughly.
3. Add curd to it and again mix it. Leave it for 20 minutes at least, to marinate.
4. In the meantime, take another bowl, add flour, corn starch, and chili powder and mix a bit.
5. In another bowl, take crushed corn flakes, crushed biscuits, and breadcrumbs and mix them.
6. Take the eggs and break it with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and whisk it until it gets blended properly.
7. When 20 minutes is over, take the strips and dip in the bowl of egg.
8. After that, we dip the strips in the bowl having a mixture of flour, corn starch, and chili powder.
9. Again, we dip the strips in the egg and then dip it in the bowl containing crushed corn flakes, crushed biscuit, and breadcrumbs.
10. Repeat the same procedure with other strips.
11. Take a saucepan, fill it half in rice oil. Heat it for a minute and then put the strips in it one by one.
12. Fry it until it gets brown.
13. Take the strips out and serve it with your favorite dips.

1. Cut the baby corn into two halves.
2. Take a bowl and mix the onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the half baby corn strips in it and again mix thoroughly.
3. Add milk to it and again mix it. Leave it for 20 minutes at least, so that it softens.
4. While taking another bowl, add flour, corn starch, and chili powder and mix a bit.
5. In another bowl, take crushed corn flakes, crushed biscuits, and breadcrumbs and mix them.
6. After 20 minutes, take the strips and dip in the bowl of melted butter.
7. After that, dip the strips in the bowl having a mixture of flour, corn starch, and chili powder.
8. Again, dip the strips in the melted butter and then dip it in the bowl containing crushed corn flakes, crushed biscuit, and breadcrumbs.
9. Repeat the same procedure with other strips.
