M KULTRA is the codename of a top secret, clandestine project orchestrated by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) which explored ways to control the minds of people through various means including, but not limited to: drugs, chemicals, torture, verbal and sexual abuse, and sensory deprivation. The project sought to control the minds of humans through the development of drugs and procedures to torture and interrogate.

The Project was a knee-jerk reaction to the thought that Soviets, Chinese and Koreans might be leading the charge as far as interrogation techniques were concerned during and after the Korean War. The goal of MKULTRA was to weaken the mind of the individual as a whole and induce compliance through confession and overall mind control. MKULTRA consisted of 149 subprojects and spanned from 1951 to its so-called demise in 1973. I have come across some discrepancies in these dates. The Project wasnt actually given the go-ahead until 1953. The CIA Inspector General produced a detailed report on MKULTRA in 1963 which is said to have led to the dissolution of the Project in 1964. The 1973 date is when the records on MKULTRA were ordered to be destroyed. [Source]

Did MKULTRA end? A lot of people dont think so, but more importantly, it happened. There are reams of declassified documents available online consisting of memos and reports corroborating MKULTRA and its subprojects. These are just the materials that escaped destruction. The CIA conducted mind control experiments...that is fact. Many of these experiments were questionable to say the least, if not downright illegal. Another fact: some of these tests were conducted on humans who didnt know they were undergoing tests that presented potential danger to their person.

There are many theorists that explore MKULTRA and ascertain that it is still underway to this day in the form of media, music, movies, and television programming. Theorists also claim that MKULTRA goes hand in hand with the Illuminati and an agenda set forth by the elites of this world to control and eventually exterminate a good portion of the population on this planet. Initially, I wont explore these theories, but may visit them at the end of this book. For now, lets focus on the facts.

O peration Paperclip was a predecessor to MKULTRA. It will shock you if you dont already know what it entailed. In the aftermath of World War II, Operation Paperclip brought more than 1500 scientists, doctors, and engineers to the United States from Germany and other countries. The main goals of the the operation were to:

Prevent the Soviet Union and United Kingdom from getting their hands on German technology

Gain German scientific expertise and knowledge for the United States

Prevent Germany from rebuilding the strength of their military and scientific community

It cannot be ignored that a good number of these persons were Nazis. At least one had to return to Germany to face trial for war crimes. Among these persons were notable rocket scientists Arthur Rudolph and Wernher Von Braun, although Braun was not included in this list because his records were never transferred to NARA. [Source] It is also believed that Dr. Josef Mengele, the Angel of Death from Auschwitz was brought to the U.S. under an alias; however, evidence points more accurately to Mengele fleeing to Brazil and dying there in the late 1970s. A few minutes of reading about him will reveal that he should have been first in line to stand trial for crimes against humanity. [Source]

As American and Allied troops seized various German scientific and industrial establishments, it became apparent that the United States was lagging behind severely in the realm of technology. The Germans far exceeded us in supersonic rockets, nerve gas, jet engines, hardened armor, guided missiles, and stealth technology to name a few. It didnt take U.S. military officials in Europe long to realize we needed to seize the brains and equipment behind such technology in order to prevent it from falling into Soviet hands.

President Truman authorized Operation Paperclip in August of 1945, and by November 18th, the first Germans entered America. President Truman had specified stipulations regarding which Germans would be eligible for asylum in the U.S. These stipulations would disqualify any scientist who was active in the Nazi Party or related organizations. It didnt take officials long to realize that any such stipulations would disqualify many of the more prominent scientists such as Wernher Von Braun. Braun was an active participant in numerous Nazi interests and organizations, in addition to holding rank in the Schutzstaffel (SS), which was the Nazi Partys protective squadron.
