Foreword

The human body-mind is apreciousflower.

It arises out ofSat-Chit-Ananda(Absolute-Consciousness-Bliss), which designs its appearance andstructure.

Both the human nervoussystem anduniverse in which it appears arise to express all the qualities ofSat-Chit-Ananda.

The human body-mind,forged out ofthe energetic frequencies of our planet and universe, arises as aRealizing Agent, in and as the field of Sat-Chit-Ananda.

Our universe createsRealizing Agentsin order to comprehend its environment, as well as explore the nativequalities of its own knowing and feeling processes.

Knowledge and feeling, inhumansubjectivity, create trajectories through which humans re-enter theGround of Ecstatic Being.

The power of true andtotalSelf-realization in human beings, in the Vedic sense ofUpanishadic-style Unity Consciousness, appears as Consciousness isknown within and without, free of relativity.

This range of recognitionfrom theSelf (within) to the Self (without) encompasses the legitimate andfull epistemological territory of the human beings spiritualintelligence (in the field of sadhana or spiritual practice).

Experientially,earth-bound humanbody-minds arise in the wild and transformative atmosphere of theplay of opposites, which encourage several potential, innate, humanresponses: the activity of Self-Inquiry into Being, RadiantRecognition of Beings Reflective Intensity and EnergeticParticipation in Vibratory Current.

In order to experiencethe AboriginalLila of Ecstatic Self-Recognition, a human being first learns toenjoy and relish the waves of spiritual surrender that happen withinthe ocean of opposites.

In due course, knowledgeandexperience of this relative ocean lead to full recognition andintuition of Sat-Chit-Ananda, which is experienced in its fullness asan Ocean of Liberated Bliss.

In human beings, Satsuggests aprimary and immovable seat of Silent Being, beyond all forms ofcognition. Chit intimates Self-Reflecting Luminosity (of Being).Ananda arises as Limitless Happiness and Pure Energy, in whichSelf-Understanding (Chit) and Pure Being (Sat) mingle ferociously toproduce sufficient Devotional Fire, which helps birth theKundalini-Shakti Current.

Kundalini-Shakti, thePrimalLife-Current, originates within the aboriginal womb of the universe. It arises as Adi-Parashakti, the Supreme Vibrational Energy, who isalso Primal Devi, the Supreme Goddess. She extends Her Cosmic Limbsas Kundalini-Shakti throughout all aspects of the universe, relativeand absolute.

Devi manifests thisentire universein Her Own Non-Dual Vibration. Later on, She organically stimulatesand energizes, i.e. initiates, the spiritual processes in humanbeings through the Prana-Shakti Current.

Pleasenote that the ways in which Ive defined Sat-Chit-Ananda in thisessay are non-exhaustive. Also, their meanings fluctuate within thecontext of each arising sentence, to some extent. Thus, at one time, Luminosity might be attributed to either Chit or Ananda. One could, therefore, with sufficiently deep realization and analysis, continue to explorefurther nuances of these terms, as well as the ways in which theseever-freshly discovered meanings interact.

Thus, still another wayto formulatethis universal concept of Sat-Chit-Ananda is one of Void-ness orUnmoved Silence, Mirror-Like Radiance and Ecstatic Bliss-Current.

Yet, thought and languagefail tocomprehend, on their own terms and levels, the wholeness of existence(the combined flavors of Emptiness, Radiance and Vitality); theynevertheless invite us into the most exquisite subjective banquet.

To eat of this banquetrequiresspiritual transmission from Realized Beings. Through compassion, suchBeings dispense the various flavors of Sat-Chit-Ananda.

Being-Knowledge-Blissthus aresimultaneously the appearance of our universe, as well as its innertexture. Its also the actual, living texture of every body-mind,gross and subtle, organic and inorganic.

Monism insinuates theultimatecontext of our universe. Without an accompanying monistic background, dualism remains the "big lie" of theology and metaphysics. Therecan be no conclusive and ultimate spiritual realization issuing froma dualistic system.
The only way to push into the most extremeforms of Heart-Awakening is by diving into the Unknowable Bliss ofPure Being with an open human heart.

Each human beingsspiritual voyageis unique, manifesting from a life that is profoundly idiosyncratic.Human lives contain psychological/emotional ranges of light anddarkness, pain and pleasure, the raw materials of spiritualevolution. Out of the friction born within the realm of opposites, the desire to know the Self is born, through Grace.

Its the degree ofsincerity andpassion of that exploratory process of realizing the Self, within thedualistic terrain of human experience, alongside a natural mode ofSelf-transcending activity (sadhana), which offers the possibility oftrue and lasting realization for human beings who otherwise remainheld captive to the limitations of time and space.

To attempt to create aspiritualteaching out of such tragi-comic elements requires intuitionallyeaseful abandonment of the lies born of conventional knowledge andexperience, which are invariably designed to dupe the naturalspiritual intelligence of human beings.

Thus, required is aradical avoidanceof the various traps condoned by "traditional wisdom" and"conventional religion," as well as a fiery unwillingness to bendto the various authorities that embody a hyper-masculinized approachto life and spirituality. Such patriarchal lineages currentlymaintain a throbbing stranglehold on the consciousness of humanity.

Discarding the giganticheap ofrepressive theological, spiritual and metaphysical lies, whichattempt to trash bodily existence, one spontaneously begins to lookinto Reality directly, through the agency of the Shakti, where, suddenly, and for no reason at all, except perhaps the "reason"of love, there can be a gentle leap into the Heart of the Mother.

That leap occurs frominside a humanbody, which remains senior to all forms of subjective spiritualrealizations. Organically divine from its outset, established beyondthe pairs of opposites implicitly, by virtue of its very own Shakti, the body-mind flowers elegantly into Cosmic Realization.

According to thisunderstanding, thehuman body-mind, house or container for all spiritual realizations, becomes endlessly saturated with Cosmic Bliss-Energy, until the verysurface of the skin, along with the entire body-mind complex, dissolves in the elixir of Immortal, Nectarous Bliss that is RealityItself and the wholeness of the Enlightened Condition.

That Path is strewn withthe leavesof Grace and Devotion.

Introduction
Whatis Tantra?

The origins of Tantra, orTantrism, areobscure, but go at least 1500 years back if not much more. Today theword "Tantra" has become equated with pseudo-spiritual sexuality. That is a great shame, because Tantra never really paid muchattention to that. Traditionally sexual practices were only a verysmall part of some off-shoot (left hand) branches of Tantra. Out ofthe about 200 Tantric texts that have survived, only one mentions sexand only once as a pleasure among so many others. The main thingabout Tantra is that it focuses on Shakti, which is one aspect of theSelf, the absolute. The other part is Shiva, or Pure Being. Shaktican be translated as the potential energy of the absolute, but oneshould understand that it is not separate from Pure Being and it isjust as much being, consciousness and bliss as Shiva is. Shakti isidentified as the Divine Mother. Shiva, the Divine Father. Tantricsare devoted to the Divine Mother. The Divine Mother resides in you askundalin and tantrics worship kundalin and do their best toawaken kundalin and merge it with Shiva in the brain. Tantra isconcerned with practice (yoga) and the practicalities of gettingenlightened. The finest tantric initiation is known as shaktiptsince it directly awakens the dormant kundalin so it begins to workon your enlightenment from within and automatically. There arenumerous tantric techniques that aim at awakening kundalin, in factall tantric techniques can be said to have that aim, but shaktiptis the descent of divine grace that will awaken kundalin so it willsmoothly and rapidly take the yogi to enlightenment. Shaktipt is avery rare initiation as very few have the power and ability to giveit and the state of enlightenment necessary to give it. I had thegood fortune to become Self-realized and for some reason I can giveshaktipt and those two combined by definition makes me a tantricteacher. This book is a modern day tantric book. It seeks to expoundwhat Self-realization is about, but also what the Divine Mother isabout. The Divine Mother is to be understood as a loving term todenote the Shakti aspect of the Self and its presence in one oncekundalin shakti has been awakened through shaktipt. Withshaktipt all other yogas become realized in the seeker, thisincludes bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. The kundalin shaktiptyogi tends to be devoted to the Divine Mother, since the divinefeminine seems an appropriate form with which to grasp the wonderfulgrace that grabs one after shaktipt gets ones kundalin goingfor good and uncompromisingly works for ones liberation. In thisbook you will find the kundalin awakened by shaktipt described asMothers Grace. In fact, the working title of this book was"Mothers Grace". However, since very few would be able torelate to that title, we decided to change it.
