The fact that our thoughts are so powerful and wield so much influence over every area of our lives is why the enemy, Satan, attacks our minds so often and so strategically. No matter what the enemy does, he is a defeated foe. Jesus has won the victory over him, and He wants us to enjoy the victorious life He died to give us. To enforce the victory Jesus wants us to have, we need to know how to recognize and resist the enemys attempts to use our thoughts against us. The enemy tries to influence us by telling us lies, but we can combat his tactics and overcome him with the Truth.
