I want to thank and congratulate you for downloading my book
Hi, my name is Jack Johnson and I want to take a moment to thank you for the privilege and the opportunity to share with you the strategies and techniques that have helped me use the power of my subconscious mind to manifest what I want in my life.
What I know for a fact is that we all have dreams; we all want to believe deep down in our souls that we have a special gift, that we can make a difference, that we can somehow touch other people in a special way and that we can make the world a better place. From what Ive seen growing up, most people have a dream about what they really want to have happen in their life, but their dreams have become so shrouded in the frustrations and routines of daily life that they dont actually make an effort to accomplish them. Many of us have lost the sense of certainty that creates the winners edge and typically its because we dont believe that living the life of our dreams is even possible.
My lifes mission is to share with you all my years of wisdom that I have and give you the extra advantage in your life. I believe you can do or have anything you want if you just have the right mindset and are committed to making it happen. I have worked with and studied all the best coaches in the world to get their strategy. I have replicated all of the best strategies in most areas of peoples lives and I want to share the wisdom and gift with you. So take advantage of the knowledge and enjoy this book because I will give you all the resources to make your dream happen, all you need to do is apply it.
Chapter One
Breaking Out Of Hell
I want you to know that every human being on this planet struggles with anxiety at times but some people let it control their life. I am a human being who has lived through anxiety, panic attacks and knows exactly the mindset people have when they are in a dark place. I spent the first 20 years of my life running away from life and hiding from the world because I didnt believe I was worth anything. I used to be that person that the dinner table that would say nothing and if someone asked me a question I would shy away. Shying away from life and living in fear is what most people do in this world and its such a shame to see. Being in my 30s now I have lived a lot of life and have seen a lot of experiences and what I want to do with this book is to give you everything I have learnt so you can reduce any stress in your life today.
Being obsessive about finding out ways to help people has driven me to fly to seminars and shortcut success from the greatest. I believe we have wealth at our fingertips but most people struggle to get through the day to worry about anything that can change their life. My biggest fear was going through life and not really living it and for the first 20 years of my life I wasnt. I would let people push me around, laugh at me and I would be peoples doormats to walk all over. I dont know if any of these resemble your experience but I know for a fact that wherever you are in your life, theres a way out if you are committed. Thats the first problem I think and its setting up daily habits in your life that will start changing your thinking.
You could read this book right now and in a small way I think it would change your thinking thats my goal anyway. But my biggest fear is that you read this book and you dont apply anything that I have said. I am going to give you everything in this book that will give you a big advantage over the average person and its because I have replicated strategies from the best in the world. Whatever someone else has done you can do to and I want to start lighting that fire inside of you. I believe we all have a burning desire inside of us but most people supress it because they have all these unconscious beliefs about themselves like they arent good or strong enough to achieve it. 90% of the population have that those beliefs inside of them at some level and its because of social conditioning. What really plays with our heads the most and makes us feel insecure is what social conditioning has put into our minds. It says that if you dont look a certain way physically then you are ugly.
I personally believe that it has got worse over the years because nowadays its all about looks and it makes everyone feel like they have to become something or change their appearance you fit the ideal. I think its all BS because at the end of the day you can be attractive right now if you want to be. That was a big problem for me in all areas because I used to think I was ugly which help me back from attracting the ideal partner of my dreams and I would stay in my room and would shy away from the world. I used to sit in my room for days and just wish I looked a certain way and it was the worse time of my life. My social anxiety would haunt me because I would feel embarrassed about going down the street to get food because I was that insecure.
I was very young at this stage but I thought the world was a scary place and everyone was out to get me. Its such a crazy mindset but I know everyone would have had times of feeling a similar way at some stage. Have you ever been out somewhere maybe at a gathering and you thought everyone was looking at you and judging you? I used to feel this way all the time and its funny because your mind can literally play tricks on you to the point where you overwhelm yourself with negative emotion. Thats when most people go into panic because they stop breathing in that moment and that let their mind take over everything. I want to show you in this book how to take control of your mind so you can be the controller and the gatekeeper. Negative thoughts ruin our lives.
I have done lots of social experiments before and they involved checking where most people are living emotionally from day to day. I went out for an hour down and asked the first 20 people that I saw if they were excited about today. 1/20 said yes they were and the others responded with the same answer, why would I be excited? We need a reason to feel good we are taught and if you do anything out of normal, your considered weird. There is a feeling in everyone one of us that we just want to enjoy our life and live it to the fullest but our fear of stepping out of our comfort zones stops us because we feel deep emotions in those moments.
The hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life was changing my life. Change is hard and so is life because at the end of the day its up to you. No one can do it for you and thats what makes it so hard and most of the time if we dont change we will blame something or someone on why it didnt happen. I always tell people that blame other people to look at themselves in the mirror because looking outwards will never help you. It only gives you certainty that its not your fault where in reality it is. I have always learnt from a young age that the truth will set you free and if you cant even be honest with yourself then you will be trapped in the mental prison that you create.
Who really wants to get honest with themselves anyway? Why would you want to get vulnerable and risk stepping up to become someone better than you are? What I tell people is you need to break out of your current identity. You have an identity for yourself right now and if its keeping you depressed or not getting you want you want you need to become something youre not to evolve to a different paradigm. What has made up you today is a series of circumstances and a BS story that you told yourself to make yourself comfortable.
