Hello and thank you for taking time to pick up this book. I have no doubt that what you hold in your hands has the potential to profoundly influence your life on many levels and in so many ways. I would like to take just a moment to introduce myself. I am the discoverer and developer of Quantum Entrainment (QE), a groundbreaking technique that has become a common but vital part of the lives of healing professionals and laypeople the world over. You will find QE to be more like a friend than a technique. It comes not from the outside but from within, beyond the furthest reaches of mind where peace and harmony abide. QE is a return to our most primal essence where the first spark of individuality was ignited at the dawn of consciousness. It is a realization, mystical and mundane, subtle and overwhelming, in its compassion for the human condition. It is yours, and it is but a heartbeat away.

I did not set out to create a universal healing technique. (Ive included more details about my discovery of QE in The Story of Nothing, and How It Is Changing the World, which can be found toward the end of the book.) But because of my unique history and a dogged desire to simplify and throw out what was not useful, the process known as Quantum Entrainment floated up, ever expanding into my consciousness like a bubble rising from the bottom of a quiet pond. Pop! And that was that. Quantum Entrainment was born. It came fully formed and ready to take on this world of chaos, conflict, and pain. Soon after followed the Universal Principles of Lucid Living to inspire and guide us beyond our limited lives and beyond the collective suffering that we have come to accept as normal. Quantum Entrainment, its applications in daily life, and the Universal Principles form the three pillars of The Kinslow System.

The Kinslow System offers the basic tools and instruction booklet to not only lift us above the calamity and conflict of life, but to also show us how to pass on our newfound joy to others. Humanity is not done evolving. In our quiet moments, when we see the suffering that flickers and flares in the souls of this world, we know there is more to us. Quantum Entrainment and The Kinslow System stand at the promontory between darkness and beauty, waiting for our eager embrace. First we must retire within to appreciate our own inner divinity; then we only have to reach out and touch the light. It is just that simple.

No matter how deeply we delve into life or on which of the infinite levels we choose to examine it, we will always find The Principle of Dynamic Stillness at work. The Principle of Dynamic Stillness explains that motion comes out of stillness, energy erupts from nothing, and order is inherent in disorder. All life is a reflection of these two seemingly opposite qualities of stillness and activity. A study of life, your life and my life, is incomplete if it does not take into account the two forces of The Principle of Dynamic Stillness.
