Dear mermaids,
On behalf of all of us on planet Earth. I would like to introduce you to a very special and inspired woman from the Ocean Family- The Blue Mermaid.
Blue Mermaid, the believer of blissful living, bring spectacular ideas into everyday life. The Blue Mermaid teaches children and mermaid families how to prepare food in a loving way, how to pass love from the dining table on to family members, how to think positively and wear a smile wherever we go.
The Blue Mermaid is always interested in self-improvement and bringing passion of life, humanity, food and love to the public. She understands how appreciating the spiritual figts of living on earth, how including more vegetables, fruits, grains plus a happy mood in every days diet is so important. Thus, life transforms in an amazing and abundant way.
When we see our life in a loving way our life is embraced by love and peace. When the body is balanced, the mind is clear and uplifting insight comes to our awareness, We shine like the Spirit of Ocean.
With love,
The Universe
When was the last time you talked with Nature?
With the trees, with the grass, with the flowers and with your food.
Talk with nature.
Talk to the Trees whenever life challenges come up.
Consult with nature whenever troubles come to mind.
Walk into the forest; start to communicate with nature and the trees surrounding you.
Nature will respond to you immediately and help you clear your mind
The happy thoughts you will get will make it easier to open your heart.
Step lightly through the forest and let its knowledge guide you.
Talk with your food. Talk to your food when you are preparing or even if it is delivered.
What to Say?
Pray and appreciate your food, whether it is on the plate or still in its natural state before it BECOMES FOOD.
Appreciate your food and nurture your body, your soul and your mind.
Your food nurtures you from within and gives you the strength for the present moment and the energy to create our goals for the future.
Appreciate what happened before this present moment, before you have each meal and appreciate the people you have met.
Communicate with nature and all the beings of the Universe.
Allow yourself to be open to everything in the Universe
When we talk with our food, we talk with every single cell feeding us physically and spiritually, we talk to the process of life!
When you are ready and willing to get started, You will begin the ultimate journey.
The Journey of Life.
Once upon a time, the earth was full of water and the sea creatures were the predominant animals on the planet. Mermaids and dolphins were good friends and great mates. They played together; jumped around in the ocean and beaches. The mermaids had long hair and every shade of skin colors. They were just like very close sisters.
When the blue mermaid decided to go on land and learn to live an adventurous life, all of the group fully supported her decision. This book is dedicated to the whole mermaid family and all the sea animals in this life we both share.
From the beginning of this year, we set out on our goal, life purpose and soul mission. We have the determination and courage to reach the dream we make, and by learning and growing step by step, every month or half year. This journal helps you to make those plans and allows us to evaluate their progress through the course of the year.
Each month, we are going to choose on topic from Great Virtue. These are the virtues that we have been refining throughout history and show the highest attributes we can achieve for ourselves and for our communities. By practicing these great virtues, we will understand the beauty of being human, the beauty of who we really are, as spiritual mermaids.
The Great Virtues are:
Taken from A Small Treatise o the Great Virtues by Andre Comte-Sponville
In your life, explain your own way to be in the Great Virtues. As long as you define them, you are on the right path.
These are how I define the Great Virtues
Politeness: Politeness to me is acting, talking and treating people nicely and fairly.
