Foreword
Our first book was all about numbers and we now present the second in the series. This book contains lists which contain information about names and their use in society. They will be most useful to those of a quizzical nature but should be of general interest to all.
Readers should remember that lists like these are never complete and its possible that the odd error may have crept in so if you propose to use any of the information contained herein, please remember that it is your own responsibility to verify it before such use.
We have generally stuck with the simplified English alphabet and apologise to those who like their accents, graves and cedillas. Remember this is not Wikipedia!
Some spelling errors are inevitable in a first edition - if you notice any or omissions we would be most grateful if you would notify them to us at our website which can be found at: https://felixschrodinger.wordpress.com/2015/02/04/using-these-p ages/
