Ronald Sterkenburg and Peng Hao Wang - Standard Aircraft Handbook for Mechanics and Technicians

Ronald Sterkenburgstarted teaching at Purdue University in 1999 after a 20-year career in the Royal Netherlands Navy and U.S. Navy as an aircraft mechanic. He is the author or co-author of 13 books. The focus of Dr. Sterkenburgs research is the repair of metallic and composite aircraft structures. He is a certificated Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic, holds an Inspection Authorization (IA), and is a Designated Mechanic Examiner (DME).

Peng Hao Wangis an assistant professor of Aviation Technology at Purdue Polytechnic and researches the use of composite materials to improve modern aircraft design and maintenance. Dr. Wang earned his bachelors degree, masters degree, and Ph.D. at Purdue University. He is a certificated A & P Mechanic.
