Anger is a feeling.

Everyone feels angry at times.
Y ou may want to yell when
you feel angry.
Y ou may want to hit or kick.

okay to hit

Maybe your brother
made you angry.
Y ou may want to call
him a name.
L isten to your body when
you feel angry.
T ry taking deep breaths.
T his will help you calm down.
What else
can you do to
calm down?
T ell yourself it is going to be okay.
Y ou may need time alone.
F ind a friend or a parent.
T alk to them about how you feel.
