when using sharp or hot tools. These include craft knives and glue guns.

IMAGINE
A PET SUPPLY STORE
Have you ever been to a pet supply store? They are full of pet foods, beds,
toys, bowls, cages, and more! They help us give pets the best care we can.
Pet supply stores sell supplies for many kinds of animals. Some
popular pets include dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, and hamsters. What
supplies would you use to take care of your favorite pets?
Think about the pet supply stores
youve been to. What do you see
there? You might even take a trip
to a pet supply store to get ideas!
Wrap yarn around cardboard.
Slide the yarn off. Tie another
piece of yarn around the middle.
Cut the loops on each side. This
is a toy cats can bat around!
Cut pieces of thick cardboard to fit
in a cardboard box. Glue feathers
between some of the layers. This
is a toy for cats to scratch!
