There have been so many people who have helped me along the way to bring my dream and my theory into a book format. To them I give a million thanks. First of all to my brother, Randy Kunkel, who was up at 2:30 AM in the morning, letting me talk to him for hours when I first found my first Empirical Evidence to validate the theory.
