What People Are Saying About Previous Versions of This Book & Andy Williams
Author was very good in explaining the whole process with tons of details. I had read many eBooks in regards to Kindle Publishing, this is by far the best one. Fred C
I'm reading so many Kindle publishing and formatting books these days to figure out this beast, and this is one of the best. Clear, well organized, well written. Helen C. Page
I liked the most that the author is giving at the very beginning the examples of authors who did exceptionally well with Kindle publishing and then shows his own figures. That for me is great because it is motivating, and I like people who write from their own experience. Francesca
Dr. Andy Williams is someone I have been reading for several years, on a wide variety of Internet-related topics, and I have found him to be knowledgeable and ethical. Rosana Hart
I was actually in the process of publishing a Kindle book when I opened this, and I have to say it's filled out my knowledge in this area better than anything else I have seen or read. It's so complete you may not use it all the very first time you publish, but I think you can go back to it again for more detail as you get more deeply into the process, or publish a second book. Everything is laid out in a step by step way with illustrations. Inisheer
Thank you for this book, Dr. Andy! It is very comprehensive, and I discovered new information that I was previously unaware of. I definitely recommend this book for all Kindle Publishers - it has many great tips and wise advice. Kerry
Andy covers just about every question I had in my mind, as well as quite a few that I hadn't thought of. He does so in an easy to read, relaxed style that demystifies the Kindle publishing process. Martin Avis
What I like about this book is that there are no dirty tricks that could get you in trouble. An easy ABC read for even my 13-year-old who will be writing her own book during half-term. C. Mulenga
Another of Andy's well thought out and executed products. Everything you need to know about publishing and promoting your new book on the Kindle. Minichester
Although I've already published several books on Kindle, there were plenty of great ideas here that I could take away and use. Love the stories at the beginning, followed by practical how-to steps, for each section. SalisburyOne
I've read a lot of info on Kindle publishing and found that this book covers everything from a to z. It's inspired me to have another go as I can see where I went wrong on my first attempt. Time well invested in reading it, IMHO. Vicky Bellamy
Like many, I have read several books on Kindle publishing. Some go into mind-numbing detail, and others are lightweight. Andy has got the balance absolutely right for newbie (Kindle) authors. An excellent read with great content and several web links to useful resources. Keith Finney
A Note About UK v US English
There are some differences between UK and US English. While I try to be consistent, some errors may slip into my writing because I spend a lot of time corresponding with people in both the UK and the US. The line can blur.
Examples of this include the spelling of words like optimise (UK) v optimize (US).
The difference I get the most complaints about is with collective nouns. Collective nouns refer to a group of individuals, e.g., Google. In the US, collective nouns are singular, so Google IS a company. However, in the UK, collective nouns are usually plural, so Google ARE a company. This is not to be confused with Google, the search engine, which is obviously singular in both.
There are other differences too. I hope that if I have been inconsistent anywhere in this book, it does not detract from the value you get from it.

URLs in This Book
Ideally, I would love it if everyone could click a URL to be taken to a web page referenced in this book. However, I realize that paperback books dont offer such a luxury.
So, whenever I link to a web page with a long URL, Ill use a shortened version of the URL to make it easier to type in. All of the redirected URLs will begin with https://ezseonews.com/, followed by a short identifier. Ezseonews.com is my domain, which means I can easily manage these redirect URLs if they change in the future.
Opportunity Knocks
I dont think I would have ever attempted to publish my own books at any other time in our history.
The thing is, the Kindle revolution has made it so easy that if you aspire to be a published author, now IS the time. Today, you dont have to send out hundreds of letters to publishers or agents. You dont have to receive hundreds of rejection letters back. Even if you do get a literary agent interested in your work, there are so many people involved in the decision to publish your book that theres no guarantee youll get it in print. Thats not even mentioning how your profits will be eaten away by the various people involved in the process. Each will take their cut.
Today, you can write a book and self-publish it on Amazon for FREE as both an electronic Kindle version and as a paperback. ANYONE can do it, and this book will show you how. Not only that, but you can earn up to 70% royalties on your book sales!
We are at a special time in history where opportunity really is knocking. The tides are turning against traditional print books in favor of eBooks, and this is giving independent (indie) authors the upper hand.
Lets have a look at some of the facts.
The growth of eBooks and eReaders
The phenomenon of eBooks and eReaders has brought about revolutionary changes in the book publishing industry. Ebooks and eReaders suit the needs of the modern man who requires permanent access to his library no matter where he is in the world.
