He has expertise in driving cloud migrations and implementing IT security, building reliable services, and optimizing IT with automation. He also has a proven track record at building teams of skilled site reliability engineers focused on delivering solutions for optimizing and running hybrid, multi-cloud environments. He thrives on building simple creative solutions to solve complex IT problems and has mastered the art of building reusable automations for driving efficiency in IT/business processes and cloud management. He is passionate about innovation and has developed innovation frameworks that can be adopted by enterprises to drive a culture of innovation in their teams.

Vishnu Vardhan Chikoti has diverse experience in the areas of application and database design and development, Micro-services and Micro-frontends, DevOps, site reliability engineering and Machine Learning.

With an ability to conduct deep analysis, strong execution skills, and an innovative mindset, he has successfully led R&D teams to build products that improve the reliability of applications. The products are from the areas of Chaos Engineering, Self-Healing, Launch Control and a variety of dashboards from CI/CD tools and monitoring tools.

He has deep expertise in building high volume transaction processing applications for middle and back office functions at investment banks using a variety of architectures.

He has been part of leadership teams in driving agile transformation and site reliability engineering transformation at large organizations.

He also has repeated experience in setting up new development teams and getting them to a stage of delivering value.

Ravindra Prasad Elicherla has two decades of years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in Product Development, Product Engineering, Machine Learning, DevOps and SRE. He is currently working as Technology Director, Product Development in ADP, Hyderabad with main focus on building HR Tech products. He has 21 years of experience in IT. He previously worked as VP, Technology and Operations in DBS bank, leading enterprise DevOps, Cloud adoption, SRE and Agile practices. During his stint in Tesco, Bengaluru as the Head of Software Development, he gained a broad range of expertise in retail related to Loyalty Program, Data Warehousing, Forecasting, Market Place, and buyer and supplier applications and collaboration platforms. His stint at international locations such as Australia, Brazil, UK, and USA has helped him in gaining knowledge of how technology is used in various business contexts. He is passionate about new technologies and has hands-on experience in UI/UX, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning. He did his MTech in Production Engineering and completed Retail Certification from IIM-B and Tesco. He did a Senior Management Program from IIMC in 2014.
