To James V. Forrestal and John F. Kennedy, friends and allies who sought to inform the world of the truth that we are not alone, and paid the ultimate price.
Acknowledgements
I owe a great debt to the work of Dr. Robert Wood and Ryan Wood in researching, authenticating and making available the Majestic Documents. In particular, I thank their efforts in analyzing the Burned Memo which is so critical for uncovering the role of the Majestic-12 Group in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. I am also grateful to Dr. Wood for his corrections of an earlier version of this book. I also wish to thank Stanton Friedman, M.Sc., for his own valuable efforts in researching and authenticating the Eisenhower Briefing Document, the Truman Memo and the Cutler-Twining Memo. In particular, his work in determining the validity of the thirteen individuals named in the historic evolution of Majestic-12 at the time of the President Eisenhowers multiple briefings in November 1952 was very helpful.
I also wish to thank Dr. Donald Burleson for his valuable contribution in authenticating the validity of the CIA Wiretap Memo. His computer enhanced image analysis yielded important new data for helping validate this document.
I also wish to thank Thomas Carey and Donald Schmitt for authenticating the Roswell UFO crash, and making available the affidavit of Walter Haut. His eyewitness testimony was very helpful in validating one of the key Majestic documents used in this book.
I am indebted to the many brave whistleblowers who have come forward to give their eyewitness accounts of what they saw and experienced in various projects concerning extraterrestrial life and technology. In particular I thank Robert Lazar, Derek Hennessy, Col. Steve Wilson, Dan Burisch, and Michael Kruvant Wolf for their testimonies concerning the S-4 facility at Area-51. I also wish to thank Kewper and Stephen Lovekin for sharing their eyewitness accounts of President Eisenhowers dissatisfaction with the way classified UFO projects were being run during his administration.
I am grateful to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library for making available their facilities and resources during my visit, and for making available to the public domain, photographs of President Kennedy.
I am especially grateful to Kathleen Osmon, Stuart Ward and Yvette Baeu for their diligence and support in proofreading. Kathleens speed and thoroughness helped me easily meet my publishing deadline. Stuart and Yvette were very helpful with their editorial suggestions that helped remove many redundancies. Their collective corrections and suggestions have been invaluable for improving the quality of this book.
I am also indebted to John Adelmann for his additional proof reading and editorial suggestions that provided further improvements for the benefit of readers.
Finally, I wish to thank the wonderful soulmate life has blessed me with, Angelika S. Whitecliff, for designing the cover; and helping edit and proofread earlier versions of this book. Her encouragement in fully identifying the role of James Forrestal, in a formative period in the life of John Kennedy, was particularly helpful.
Introduction
Just before beginning his first term on January 20, 1993, President-Elect Clinton made a very strange request to close family friend and lawyer Webster Hubbell: If I put you over there in Justice I want you to find the answer to two questions for me: One, who killed JFK. And two, are there UFOs. Finding answers to these two questions appeared to be very important for Clinton and his future presidency. Why else would he assign a trusted friend to a senior position in the Department of Justice to find answers to questions most often asked by fringe conspiracy theorists?
We do know that Clinton did go on to assign Webster Hubbell to the Department of Justice on the first day of the new Presidential administration. We know that Clinton wanted to appoint Hubble to the top job as Attorney General, but finally had to settle for Associate Attorney General. Nevertheless, as the third highest ranking official in the Department of Justice, Hubble enjoyed impressive executive powers and security clearances to find answers to Clintons questions. Hubbell would eventually write about Clintons strange request and what he was able to find out in his memoirs, Friends in High Places .
We dont know why Clinton asked Hubble to find the answers to these two questions. Was it just curiosity over two unrelated issues: the death of a childhood hero, and Clintons private interest in UFOs? Or did Clinton believe there was some link between Kennedys death and the UFO issue? Was Clinton using Hubble to test the bureaucratic waters to find if there was indeed such a link, in order to fathom how far he, himself, could go in learning about the UFO issue?
There have long been rumors of a link between the Kennedy assassination and the UFO issue. Veteran UFO researcher and Emmy Award winner, Linda Moulton Howe, for example, was confidentially told of such a link by intelligence sources:
I had been told by two different government intelligence agents in two different parts of the United States that John F. Kennedy had been assassinated on November 22, 1963 on orders of the CIA because after a long and tense period of grievances that included the controversial pull back of American air cover at the Bay of Pigs, JFK - based on some firsthand knowledge from his service as a U. S. Naval intelligence officer - had demanded access to all files and images concerning an extraterrestrial presence on earth.
How plausible is the idea that Kennedy was assassinated because of his efforts to learn about UFOs and extraterrestrial life? Also, did Kennedy learn about extraterrestrial life during the World War II era as a result of his service with U.S. Naval Intelligence?
What we do know for certain is that Webster Hubbell said that he was stymied in his efforts to find satisfactory answers to Clintons two questions. Hubbell wrote: I had looked at both [questions], but wasnt happy at the answers I was getting.
Ultimately, Hubble had to resign on March 14, 1994, over a financial scandal involving his overbilling clients while serving as an attorney in Arkansas. The removal of Hubbell may well have been the first case of a manufactured scandal to undermine Clintons efforts to learn about the Kennedy and UFO issues.
We do know from FOIA documents that Bill and Hillary Clinton were actively seeking answers to questions over the UFO issue. FOIA documents reveal that both traveled in August 1995 to the Teton, Wyoming Ranch of Laurence Rockefeller and received an informal briefing about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. An August 4, 1995, memo by President Clintons Science Advisor, Dr Jack Gibbons, confirmed that the Clintons would be vacationing with Rockefeller at his Teton Ranch in Wyoming that summer, and they would discuss UFOs:
