Introduction

This book is the first in a series, to be released by Pamela Lillian Valemont (nee Smith), the culmination of over 30 years of painstaking and dedicated research. Pamela has made many TV appearances, and has been heard on talk back radio over four states of Australia, dating from 1984. In this book, she talks about the Numbers 1, 2 and 3, as they are expressed through the Holy Trinity, and how they manifest in your life. She has illustrated the book, with original pages of art, in full colour, using the medium of Clip Art. These serve to show what events happen in our lives when we come under the vibrations of the Numbers 1, 2 and 3, and their higher elevations, the Master Numbers, 55/1, 11/2 and 66/3. There is also a fascinating section dealing with the number vibrations surrounding the death of John Lennon, and the significance of the Master 11 in the World Year 2011, as it relates to the occurrence of natural disasters, and what they have brought entrain.

The Number 1

The Number 1, as the ads on TV say, is all about looking after yourself. Look after Number 1 , they tell you, because youre worth it!

I, me, my, mine - anything left? - Self again.

The number 1 can be selfish and insular, egotistical, opinionated, vain, proud as a strutting peacock with his tail feathers outspread, ostentatious and showy.

1 travels 1st Class and nothings too good for him. Hes up there among the Top Brass. 1 always wants to be Head Honcho, Top Gun, Top Dog, The Main Man. 1 is never the Indian, hes always The Chief.

But alternatively, 1 is pioneering, inventive, innovative, self-reliant and self-motivated. When 1 is inward looking, it is on a journey of self-discovery, honest and true to itself. Outward looking, 1 can be tunnel visioned, headstrong, sometimes foolhardy, rash, risk-taking, game as Ned Kelly, the 1 who leads all the other kids into trouble.

1 is fixed, determined, self-propelled, and hell bent upon reaching a goal all of its own choosing.

1 is the leader in its field, the 1 who shows the way.

1 is independent, forward thinking, original, creative, and inspired.

1 does it his way, and likes his own advice best.

1 is the point of the pencil - the moment you put pen to paper, as the dot hits the paper, before you begin to write.

1 is the first step the infant takes, stepping out in brand new, baby blue shoes. Though you may be there to help him, by holding his hands from above, it is he who must take that initial step. And like the baby, 1 is trusting and innocent.

Of course, 1 can be very exciting and liberating, generating independence, but it can also be quite frightening at times, when you have to stand alone, go it alone, for the very first time.

1 can be the loneliest number you will ever do, especially if youre a single man or woman.

1 is the tiny spark of fire that lights the eternal flame. The single cell, the beginning of life.

1 is the winner of the race. There can be only 1 winner, only 1 at the top of the dais, the star at the top of the tree. The Russians were Number 1 when it came to launching a Sputnik into outer space, on October 4, 1957, then on the 12 th of April, 1961, carrying Yuri Gagarin, the 1st man into space. The Americans were Number 1 in the race to put a man on the moon, when, on July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong emerging from NASAs Apollo 11, became the 1st man to walk on lunar soil. Thats 1 small step for a man, a giant leap for mankind.

1 is the seed when it is first sown into the earth, before it germinates and bursts forth into shoot.

1 is the starting point in any venture. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step - a Confucian quote, often repeated by Mao to the Chinese people.

1 is the eternal optimist - every day is a new day dawning, the chance for a new beginning. 1 sees hope for the future, has faith and belief in itself.

1 is the horizontal line, or the vertical line, standing alone and unsupported with nothing to join it to anything else.

1 is the first name in any field of achievement. The first to arrive, or to invent something.

The activist for Greenpeace, heading out into dangerous waters to take on a Japanese whaling ship, the 1 with the megaphone leading the march for the abolition of Apartheid, indigenous land rights, the environmental crusader, the leader of the Black Panther movement, the Tribal Chief, the 1 st President, the 1 st black or female President, or the 1 st Prime Minister, the King of the Castle, the King or Queen of the land, the kid who starts his own neighbourhood club or gang, the youth who begins a new motorcycle club. The designer or architect of a new car, ship, boat, bicycle, motorbike, house or building. Leader of the pack, King of the Jungle. The acknowledged best of its kind, the greatest in their field, the finest brand. It is represented by the head, there is only 1, and it is at the top of the human body.

The 1 who dies for his/her people, so that others might be saved. The 1 who goes to gaol, rather than buckle down and capitulate to a cruel dictatorship, an unjust ruler, with an ignorant mind. 1 against the world. 1 is also the tyrant, who reigns over and enslaves a submissive people.

To be at the head of things, indicates that you take the lead, the responsibility, that the buck stops with you. You ultimately have control overall. Youre it. The 1 who steps forward to do the job, take the lead, initiate the changes, make a difference, ring in the new tomorrow. The lone missionary, who arrives in a hostile environment, and risks his life to bring the word of God to a people. The daring, the brave, the pioneering. The ships Captain who charts a new coastline. The botanist, who discovers, then draws a detailed likeness of a newfound species. The theorist, who defies ignorance and prejudice, to put a brand new theory before other scientists of the world. The inventor of a cure for a terrible disease, hitherto a scourge on humankind.

In Biblical terms, the first book of the Old Testament, Genesis, is the story of the creation of the world. The opening line of Genesis is In principio creavit Deus caelum et terram: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

1 is Adam, (whose name not only begins with an, A the 1st letter of the Alphabet, but also contains two as)- the first human being created, and also the first man. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him.

John speaks of this dawning thus: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

In human bodily terms, 1 also represents the upright male penis, and the single spermatozoa as it races to be the first to reach and claim ownership of the female ovum.
