L ast Christmas, Sarah had opened the semi-heavy box while her family looked on and smiled. Warm boots! For some reason she had always battled terribly cold feet, even in summer. The condition had been uncomfortable and frustrating, and because of it she had kept the genius whod invented fuzzy socks in business, for years. But her family had come to the rescue with warm, wool-lined boots.

As she lifted the boots from the box, outwardly Sarah rejoiced. But inside, a little voice taunted her. Youre not worth those expensive boots. Theyre too pricey. Think of what that money could have provided for your family.
