At the bottom of each recipe, you will see that each recipe has been analyzed to determine the nutritional content of the recipe. To help you understand what the values mean in these nutritional analyses, we recommend that you compare them to the FDAs recommended values. CALCULATING THE NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS WHEN USING THE FOLLOWING:Salt and pepper to taste: When the recipe indicates this, salt and pepper were not included in the nutritional analysis. For frostings: When testing recipes, we based the nutritional analysis on what was actually used or shown in the photo. For dressings: When the recipe calls for dressing, the entire dressing recipe was assumed to be used and all is included in the nutritional analysis. For sauces: When testing the recipes, we based the nutritional analysis on the amount of sauce that was actually used per serving, not including extra leftover sauce.

Makes 4 dozen.
