Saut mushrooms. Add eggs; cook and stir until softly scrambled. Stir in sour cream, cheese and half of bacon. Transfer to a lightly greased 8"x8" baking pan. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top. These goodies freeze well. Wrap them in aluminum foilthen just reheat in a warm oven for a quick breakfast.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and remaining butter with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth; set aside. Press biscuits into 4-inch circles; spoon one tablespoon cream cheese mixture onto the center of each. Fold dough over cream cheese, forming finger-shaped rolls. Arrange rolls in 2 rows, seam-side down, over brown sugar mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden. Let cool for several minutes; turn out onto a serving plate.
