1.Preheat the main oven to 425 degrees F.
2.Arrange the turkey, breast side facing upwards in a greased 13x9 baking pan. Lightly brush the turkey with oil.
3.Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, before reducing the heat to 325 degrees F and bake for 45-60 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through and registers an internal temperature of 170 degrees F. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes, before slicing.
4.In the meantime, prepare the stuffing as directed.
5.In a pan, heat the gravy, stir in the sour cream to combine.
6.Serve the gravy over the sliced turkey along with the stuffing.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium egg (whisked)
- cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons ketchup (divided)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- onion (peeled, chopped)
- Salt and black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
Mash:
- pound potatoes (cut in half)
- cup sour cream
- cup Parmesan (freshly grated)
- Salt and black pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons butter
Veggies:
- 2 cup carrots (peeled, chopped)
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper

Instructions:
1.For the meatloaf, combine the beef with the egg, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and season with salt and pepper, mixing to combine.
2.Spritz a muffin tray with nonstick spray and with a tablespoon, fill each muffin cup with the mixture, and aim for a yield of 8-9 cups.
3.Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of ketchup on top of each meatloaf muffin and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F until the edges begin to crisp.
4.For the mash, boil the potatoes until fork tender, this will take around 15 minutes.
5.With a potatoes masher, mash the cooked potatoes and stir in the sour cream Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
6.Top with an additional pat of butter.
7.For the veggies, in a pan of boiling water, cook the carrots and peas until fork tender, approximately 15 minutes.
8.When cool, drain the veggies and return to the pot, tossing with 2 tablespoons butter to melt the butter.
9.Season and serve.
Recipe 3: Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Take charge of the TV, sit down, put your feet up and tuck into this tasty grilled cheese sandwich.

- 1 hot dog
- 2 thick slices French bread
- Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons relish
- cup Havarti cheese (shredded)
- cup Cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions:
1.Place 2 frying pans on moderate hat.
2.Add a chunk of butter to the first pan along with the slice of onion, cooking until the onion caramelizes.
3.In the second pan, fry the hot dog until cooked through. Cut the hot dog into 3 equal sized pieces.
4.Butter the outside of each slice of French bread.
5.Spread the ketchup on the 2 bottom slices of bread, and top with relish.
6.Sprinkle over the shredded Havarti cheese, add the slices of hot dog, followed by the caramelized onion and garnish with grated Cheddar.
7.Spread the mustard on the inside of the top slice of bread.
8.Make a sandwich and fry in a covered frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
9.Enjoy.
