Acknowledgments
From Lynn Levine: Special thanks are in order for a handful of incredibly wonderful and supportive individuals. Thanks to Srma and the whole Credo Tours crew; to Aydn, Suha, Sleyman, and Hakan; and to Tuba, Mustafa, and tiny little Asya, for their professional assistance and personal friendship. Each has been instrumental in supporting me in my work on this guide and in introducing me to the soul of Turkey. Warm thanks also go out to the people and the country of Turkey for exposing me to countless true friendships made during the course of working in Turkey.
From Jamie Ehrlich: Many thanks to Haldun Dinccetin, for his enthusiasm for his homeland and invaluable help; and culinary expert Filiz Hskolu, for introducing me to the world of Gaziantep baklava and for her friendship. Thanks as well to Umit Isin and Taylan Tasbasi for their archaeology expertise and insight into the region. Finally, thanks to Boris, for all our adventures on my first trip to Turkey and being my favorite travel companion.
