Does this mean they should sit at home sad and unhappy only because they could not buy turkey this year? Thanksgiving is firstly about celebrating whatever you have in life. It promotes thankfulness towards the blessings of life.

Fruit Pecan Green Salad
This salad is perfect for the thanksgiving. It contains cranberries, pecans, the freshness of apples, roasted squash, and healthy broccolini.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
Add the squash cubes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
Add a little bit of olive oil on top.
Bake for 15 minutes. Add to a mixing bowl.
Let it cool down. Add the vegetables.
Add the fruits, dried fruits and nuts.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, cayenne pepper, and salt and mix well.
Add the tahini on top and serve.
Spinach Peach Apple Cranberry Salad
This is another beautifully simple fruit salad recipe that goes perfect with the vibe of thanksgiving. With all the greasy and festive food, this is the dish you need to cleanse.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: No Cooking Required
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 cup mozzarella cubes
cup peace cubes
cup apple cubes
1/3 cup cranberries
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp mint, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peace, spinach, apple, and cranberries.
Add the mozzarella cubes and walnuts.
Add the mint, parsley, salt, pepper, lime juice and oregano.
Toss well and serve.
Festive Special Shakshuka
During thanksgiving, you do not want something that is too light or too heavy. This dish strikes the perfect balance.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cups boiled beans
2 cups crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp chili flakes
2 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp paprika
12 tsp turmeric
Instructions:
In a large pan, add the mustard oil.
Fry the onion, ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the crushed tomatoes, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add the beans, chili flakes, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs in the middle and cover with lid.
Cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top. Add the parsley on top. Serve.
