ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I will be forever grateful for the energies that aligned to make this book a reality, and those energies are embodied in my support system. Manifestation work is a group effort, and I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by the best. To my husband, Mike, you sweeten the victories, soften the disappointments, steady the wheel, and love endlessly. Thank you for healing me each and every day. You are my original magick moment. To my children, Grayson and Jack, may you know a healed world.
May you always lift others up and always know you can come home to ground. May you light the way but hold space for the dark. May you grow strong and be a force for good. Mama loves you. To my parents, it is because of your foundation, your love, your abundance, and the beautiful life you two have built together that I am here, unafraid to claim my life path as a witch. I cant think of a better parenting goal than creating an environment for my own children that will allow them to live their truest, most authentic, happiest self; you have achieved that tenfold.
Thank you, God bless you, and I love you. To Kathy, Michelle, and Mike, I am so grateful for our madness. Thank you for being in my beautiful people clubhouse. To my friends, especially the Madmoms, KNC, Knotties, Grampa Dave, Natalie, Skelly, Laura, and even Spike. Your love, laughter, and support have made for a lifetime of invaluable adventures, lessons, and memories. Oh yeah, all right, take it easy, baby, make it last all night.
To my witchy support system, especially Louisa, Briony, and Josie. You witches make my heart sing with real magick. And for the entire Witch With Me community, you inspire me endlessly. To my team at Penguin Random House, you are simply the best. Meg Ilasco, Debbie Reyhan, and especially Susan Randol. Thank you for guiding this green witch through the process and pushing this book to where it needed to be in order to help heal the world.
To Gran E, Nanny, Poppop, Aunt Helen, and Holmie. I feel you with me always. I hope I make you proud. ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Witchcraft is the practice of magick. Magick is the harnessing of energy as a means to an end. Our universe is governed by interconnected energy and corresponding metaphysical properties. Witchcraft provides a conduit for these energies in order to create changes for the better. Healing witchcraft is the changing or dispersing of unwanted energy, with an aim of flourishing and achieving wholeness. As these old energies clear, and as new, healthy energies take root, the person or situation begins to heal.
That, my witches, is what we mean by real magick. The healing power of witchcraft comes from two sourcesthe witch and the universe. The witch is the agent, the creator. The universe provides the ingredients and recipe for our success. This chapter will guide you through the basics of witchcraft and provide you with the framework for the spells and rituals that follow. Let us begin by exploring seven tenets of witchcraft every witch should embrace in order to produce the most positive magickal results.
