Method:

  • Heat vn t 220C/200C fn/g 7. Prick th tt all over wth a frk, then bk whl for 1 hr 20 mins r untl r n the outside nd fluff inside. Set aside on a wr rk to l. Reduce vn t 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
