To the hundreds of students Ive had the privilege to mentor on the streets of the world since 2012, and to those who will join me on new adventures. Thank you for accompanying me on this amazing journey. There is nothing I would rather be doing than sharing my vision and my passion with all of you.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Valrie Jardin is a French photographer, currently residing in the United States. Valrie is known internationally through her workshops. When she is not teaching others the art of street photography and visual storytelling, Valrie is a prolific author, a speaker, and a podcast producer of the bi-weekly show Hit The Streets with Valrie Jardin. She is also an official Fujifilm X-Photographer. Valrie is a gear minimalist. She believes in the power of limitations of one camera, one lens and making decisions before you press the shutter to get the shot in camera with as little post-processing as possible. She lives and breathes in pixels.

Introduction
Welcome to the exciting world of street photography! When I decided to write this book, my original idea was that it could be used like a deck of flash cards: Pick a card and go out with your camera. This gives you 75 days of photo adventures, 75 reasons to go out, and 75 ways to learn and have fun.
If this genre of photography is new to you, then you may want to start with the first assignment and work your way through them from there. If youve been doing this for a while, Id recommend you close your eyes and choose a page at random.
