Introduction
When you think of Asia food, what comes to mind? We think big, fresh, and delectable. However, there is more. Asian foods are a conglomerate of exotic flavors, well-cooked, balanced, and artfully arranged to excite all the five senses. Food is appreciated, scented, listened to, touched then tasted.
Additionally, spices, herbs, and ingredients in season make up the bulk, allowing dishes to embody a new personality when cooked. You are bound to see funny named ingredients, but it is all good things. When you delve into Asia foods, get ready to eat with your eyes, smell the aroma and taste the finished products.

Recipe 1 - Chicken Kung Pao
Total Prep Time: 40 minutes
Serving Sizes: 4
List of Ingredients:
- 12 oz. of chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 5 chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 1 tablespoon of sherry
- 3 leeks
- 1 cup of peanuts
For the marinad e :
- 2 teaspoons of soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sherry
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of salt
For the sauc e :
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 1 soup cube dissolved in cup of water

Preparation:
1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
2. In one bowl, mix all ingredients listed for the marinade and soak the meat in it. Let it sit for 60 minutes.
3. In another bowl, prepare the sauce mix all ingredients listed. (Use mixer)
4. Cut vegetables into small pieces to taste and saut them with ginger in an oiled frying pan.
5. After a few minutes of frying, add meat to the vegetables and continue cooking. Mix constantly.
6. Pour sherry and prepared sauce into the frying pan and cook until the mixture becomes dense.
7. Add peanuts and serve.
8. Enjoy!
Recipe 2 - Asian Curry
Total Prep Time: 60 minutes
Serving Sizes: 4
List of Ingredients:
- 1 leek
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 4 tablespoons of curry
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 pound of chicken

Preparation:
1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut them into small pieces and then blend them thinly.
2. Put the resulting mixture in a cooking pot along with coconut milk, cook for 30 minutes.
3. Prepare rice in 4 cups of water.
4. Cut meat into small cubes.
5. Cook meat with the blended vegetable mixture for 15 minutes. Add cream, curry, and lemon juice.
6. Cook for 5 minutes more and then serve with rice.
7. Have a nice meal!
Recipe 3 - Chinese Chicken with Vegetables
Total Prep Time: 20 minutes
Serving Sizes: 2
List of Ingredients:
- 14 oz. of chicken fillets
- 4 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 1 pack of Chinese vegetable mix
- 1 teaspoon of rice
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- Spices to taste

Preparation:
1. Prepare rice in saltwater at medium heat.
2. Cut meat into small cubes. Combine it with soya sauce and pour salt over them.
3. In an oiled frying pan, prepare chicken for around 3 minutes. Mix constantly.
4. Add vegetables and cook for 8 minutes.
5. Serve all together! Have a nice meal!
Recipe 4 - Fried Tofu
In healthy Japanese cuisine, there are no breadcrumbs. Tofu is first marinated in aromatic sauce and then rolled into corn flour.

List of Ingredients:
- 10 oz. of tofu
- 3 tablespoons of cornflour
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For the marinade:
- 2 tablespoons of Japanese rice wine
- 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons of Japanese soya sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Preparation:
1. Combine rice wine, ginger, soya sauce, and cayenne pepper in one bowl. Mix well.
2. Cut tofu into cubes and cover prepared marinade over them. Let them sit for 1 hour.
