Oh, how we love to travel! Especially where the sea is always warm, the people friendly and welcoming But, unfortunately, it does not always work. Then there is no money, the time, and sometimes neither one nor the other. But we do not think to despond! When it's hot, we're having the atmosphere of an exotic vacation right at home. Put on summer outfits include Eastern music here and prepare this amazing dessert soup with ice cream.
Ingridients2 cans (400 g) lychees in syrup
500 ml coconut milk
juice of 1 lemon
100 ml dessert wine fruit of lychees, apricots, strawberries or plums200 ml whipping cream
50 g raw almonds
5 pods of cardamom
sea salt on the tip of a knife
1 can (400 g) of condensed milk
For kulfi cream put on 15 minutes in the freezer. Almond pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water and peel. Dry and place on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated 170 C oven for 7-10 minutes. let Cool.
The cardamom, remove the seeds, put them in a food processor or coffee grinder. Add almonds and salt, grind, on request, in flour or powder with small pieces.
Whip the cream in a lush foam. Continuing to whisk, pour a thin stream of condensed milk. Add the almond flour and gently stir to combine. Decompose the resulting mass on large figure molds ice tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
For the soup drain lychees in a colander, 1 Cup of syrup will save (the rest of the syrup is not needed). Mix the coconut milk, syrup, half the lemon juice, wine and half lychee. 350 g long-grain rice
500g hot-smoked fish
4 eggs
1 small onion
50 g butter
750 ml chicken broth
300 ml of milk
1 Bay leaf
a pinch of ground Cayenne pepper

Onions chop. Melt in saucepan the butter, saute the onions, 4 minutes, put the rice, mix well. Add chicken broth and Bay leaf and bring to a boil and cook for 8 min. Immediately restorestate eggs with a spoon, put under running cold water for 5 minutes, peel and cut into quarters.
Meanwhile, tear the fish into small pieces and soak in milk for 10 minutes Then drain in a colander. Add the rice, fish, eggs, Cayenne pepper and salt. Stir gently, and serve.==============Spicy puffed rice==============Font size:
