    About the Author

    Deloris Jackson Foxworth is an academic advisor in the College of Communication and Information at the University of Kentucky, where she also teaches part-time in their School of Information Science. She has taught classes on information literacy, personal knowledge management, and information communicationtechnology industries and careers.

    Before joining UKs School of Information Science faculty in 2014, she was technology manager at the Scott County Public Library in Georgetown, Kentucky. Her first library position was as a student worker at Bosworth Memorial Library at the Lexington Theological Seminary.

    In 2018 she earned a graduate certificate in career services from Western Kentucky University, where she already held an MA in communication. She also holds an MS in library and information science from UK.
