To the many dedicated women Ive known who homeschooled their children to adulthood, particularly Janet Amelio, Ann Galliers and Ann Muenster. Im blessed to know you!

Reviews of The Imperfect Homeschoolers Guide to Homeschooling:
What a find! Its been a while since I read something on homeschooling that really fired me up. I loved this book and its fresh take on homeschooling and the commitment it requires. No homeschooling parent does it perfectly. Together though, we can learn from one another and do our best for our children. Thats what Barb is striving to do by sharing what she has learned along the way. It is a blessing!
.I have thoroughly enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it! The only thing that could make it better is offering it in a printed version, but thats my personal preference. This book inspired me and gave me a ton of great ideas and tips. Its nice to know Im not the only one out here that falls under the Imperfect Homeschooler banner!

This is a MUST read! This book is perfect for those just beginning to think about homeschooling, or those who have been at it a while... It has new ideas in it, unlike many homeschool books that just repeat information that can be found in a dozen other homeschool books.

Reading The Imperfect Homeschooler's Guide to Homeschooling is like having another mom who is farther along on the road look back to see you struggling, turn around to come alongside, put an arm around your shoulders, and lighten your load with encouragement and advice.
.The advice in this book rings true, and it is clear to me that this author has drawn from experience and not merely theory in writing this guide. Altogether The Imperfect Homeschooler's Guide to Homeschooling is a guide that any homeschooler, newcomer or veteran, should find helpful and encouraging.

Ive been homeschooling for the last 10 years, and still have those moments when I want to throw in the towel. Your book helped me remember the reasons we are homeschooling. We have 8 children and this year we will have 6 in school. Thank you!

PREFACE
Homeschooling has been a big part of my life since the early 1980s. As soon as I read about the concept, it grew from a tiny seed (Maybe well do this someday) to a decision (I cant believe the school bus just left and I didnt put her on it) to a lifestyle. This is what our family does. We homeschool our children, and it has been a great blessing for our family.
