    How to Stop Worrying

    Dr Frank Tallis is an award-winning writer and clinical psychologist. He has held lecturing posts in clinical psychology and neuroscience at the Institute of Psychiatry and Kings College London, and is one of the countrys leading authorities on obsessional states. He is author of Understanding Obsessions and Compulsions (Sheldon Press), recommended on the Reading Well Books on Prescription scheme. He has written academic textbooks and over 30 academic papers in international journals, and psychology books for the general reader: Changing Minds: A History of Psychotherapy as an Answer to Human Suffering , Hidden Minds: A History of the Unconscious and Love Sick: Love as a Mental Illness . In 1999 Frank Tallis received a Writers Award from the Arts Council and in 2000 he won the New London Writers Award. Frank Tallis novels are: Killing Time (Penguin), Sensing Others (Penguin), Mortal Mischief (Arrow), Vienna Blood (Arrow), Fatal Lies (Arrow), Darkness Rising (Arrow), Deadly Communion (Arrow) and Death and the Maiden (Arrow).
