Long before the InternetMarc would go to work with dad, a real estate developer. Marc designed his first self storage over 25years ago and dozens more for many clients since then. He presentlyowns two self storage facilities in the United States that hedesigned, built and manages. His first personal international selfstorage facility was recently built in Canada. Again, he designed,obtained the approvals and built this facility. His expertise andexperience with management, ownership, sales, and marketing in thebusiness world and self storage is clearly evident in hiswritings.
