In this edition, we have added quite a few companies that have not appeared in the Shooters Bible before, either because they are new or were flying under our radar. But that isnt all. As in past years, our research team headed by Lindsey Breuer and Andres Dietz-Chavez has sifted through every bit of information in the previous edition of the Shooters Bible , updating prices and specs, removing models that are no longer in production, and shifting items from last years new products section to the existing products section. We also got outdoor writer Wayne van Zwoll to update the ballistics tables and add a new section on rimfire cartridges. Based on information I gathered at the Shooting-Hunting-Outdoor-Trade (SHOT) Show (the annual industry trade show, held in Las Vegas and attended by approximately 65,000 members of the industry) as well as data collected from manufacturers (with follow-up emails and phone calls to all of those manufacturers representatives), we have assembled a complete New Products 201415 section, replete with write-ups and color photos.
