After 2 years of intense and innovative efforts, the Panel on Technology for Small-scale Economic Activities to Address the Basic Needs ofLow-income Populations (the Panel on Technology for Basic Needs) ofthe new United Nations Commission on Science and Technology forDevelopment ( CSTD ) is presenting its findings.
