Abstract

Presidential Directive 51 was signed by George W.Bush in 2007. Basically, it is an order that gives the President -Dictatorship powers, based on emergency events that only thePresident can determine if it exists. This is whollyUnconstitutional. There is nothing in our Constitution that givesthe President such authority. Congress has not provided specificlegislation on this, and no laws can be passed that circumvent theConstitution. The major media was unusually silent about thisdocument. Many Executive Orders have since been issued giving theFederal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) authority overall U.S. citizens in an "emergency". Again, only the President candecide if such an "emergency" exists. FEMA prison camps have beenconstructed at an alarming rate, and recent employment ads on majorweb sites, such as monster.com, etc, indicate that thousands ofpeople are being hired to act as security guards and surveillancepersonnel. More than 800 FEMA prison camps have been constructedand are fully staffed, but empty. Why and what are they preparingfor? An NBC news crew recently stumbled on a FEMA camp in New Yorkand they were threatened and chased away. If these camps are truly"humanitarian" facilities, why do they forbid news cameras? Someinternet journalists and bloggers have stated that the Council onForeign Relations is behind this corruption and silent governmentcoup.

Some organizations andinternet media have called Presidential Directive 51, " A Blueprintfor Dictatorship". Is this really a plan created by the Council onForeign Relations? Consider U.S. history with falseflags:

FALSE FLAGS

1) The NSA admits thati t lied about what really happened in the Gulf of Tonkinincident in 1964 manipulatingdata to make it look like North Vietnamese boats fired on a U.S.ship so as to create a false justification for the Vietnamwar.

2) A U.S. Congressionalcommittee admitted that as part of its Cointelpro campaign the FBI had used many provocateurs in the 1950s through 1970s tocarry out violent acts and falsely blame them on politicalactivists.

3) Similarly, the U.S. falsely blamed Iraq for playing a role inthe 9/11 attacks as shown by a memo from the defensesecretary asone of the main justifications for launching the Iraq war.

According the Robert DavidSteele, Dick Cheney and Richard Gage are the main architects of9-11, World Trade Center. They murdered 3000 people to help justifythe invasion of Iraq. He also states that Larry Silverstein (ownerof the World Trade Center) was briefed by Mossad and helped to setup the controlled demolition of WTC 7. The FEMA emergency centerwas set up on the piers of New York Harbor the night before9-11.

False flag at Benghazi:

The book, 13 Hours, written by BostonUniversity professor Mitchell Zuckoff, details the events of the2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, resulting in thedeaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens, and others.

The U.S. commandos say theyprotested repeatedly as the CIA station chief ordered them to waitin their vehicles, fully armed, for 20 minutes while the attack onthe diplomatic mission was unfolding less than a mile away. Foxnews interviewed three of the commandos, Kris "Tanto" Paronto, Mark"Oz" Geist, and John "Tig" Tiegen. Theyclaim they were ordered to stand down three times by the CIAStation Chief.
