Michael J. Casey (Chapter 2) is the chief content officer at CoinDesk, chairman and co-founder of Streambed Media, senior adviser at the MIT Media Labs Digital Currency Initiative, and co-author (with Paul Vigna) of the bestselling book The Age of Cryptocurrency: How Bitcoin and Digital Money Are Challenging the Global Economic Order.
Alexis Collomb (Chapter 3) is head of the economics finance insurance and banking department at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Mtiers and scientific co-director of the Blockchain Perspectives Joint Research Initiative within Paris-based ILB think tank. Alexis started his career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and later joined Citigroup.
Primavera De Filippi (Chapter 3) is a researcher at the National Center of Scientific Research, a faculty associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University, a member of the Global Future Council on Blockchain Technologies at the World Economic Forum, and co-author (with Aaron Wright) of Blockchain and the Law: The Rule of Code.
Andreas Park (Chapter 6) is an associate professor of finance at the University of Toronto, appointed to the Rotman School of Management, the Institute for Management and Innovation, and the Department of Management at U of T Mississauga, and is the research director of Rotmans Financial Innovation Lab.
Klara Sok (Chapter 3) is a research fellow in social sciences at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Mtiers in its Lirsa and the Dicen-IDF research centers, a founding member of the transdisciplinary Blockchain Perspectives Joint Research Initiative, and co-developer of OpenResearch, a blockchain-based open peer-review platform.
Alex Tapscott (Chapter 1) is a globally recognized speaker, investor, and adviser focused on the impact of emerging technologies. He is co-author (with Don Tapscott) of the critically acclaimed bestselling book Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrencies Is Changing the World.
Bob Tapscott (Chapter 4) is a recognized IT strategist, author, consultant, and speaker, keynoting conferences on the topics of artificial intelligence, fintech, and blockchain. As a vice president or a CIO, Bob has led the Canadian technology efforts of Citibank, HSBC, and other Schedule II banks in Canada.
