Intuitive living : a sacred path: summary, description and annotation

We offer to read an annotation, description, summary or preface (depends on what the author of the book "Intuitive living : a sacred path" wrote himself). If you haven't found the necessary information about the book — write in the comments, we will try to find it.

This modern guidebook to spiritual growth starts with the awakening of self-awareness; awareness of our bodies, our feelings, our thoughts and the energy that flows through every cell of our being. It leads us to the inner states of freedom and peace, seen not as the absence of conflict, but rather a response based on a deeply rooted knowledge that no matter what is happening around you, nothing can harm you at your center. Seale works with the tool of meditation and shows how we can open to the language of love and Spirit. Includes 45 exercises and meditations which speak to us in profoundly different ways at each stage of spiritual growth and can therefore be of great value both now and as our practice deepens. To my Papa,

The Reverend Dr. James M. Seale,

who, by his life, has shown me

that there is a place to go,

but has let me discover my own trails.

To Cousin Lucy ClayWoodford Winn,

who, in my childhood, taught me to live in truth,

and, even now from spirit,

continues to teach me of Love.

To Sonia Smith,

who, by sharing her own journey

and transition back to spirit,

helped me find my path.

Picture 3 T he whole of my life to this point has led to this book. As I meet each step of the journey, I find new understanding and grace. For this I am eternally grateful. The first thanks must go to Spirit. In that all-encompassing realm of being, I have come to know who I am and the wonders of all possibility.

There are many people to thank for their profound impact on my growth, my work, and my life as I have taken this journey with Spirit. First are my parents, Jim and Mary Dudley Seale, who provided a home in which love of God was primary. There have been many important teachersDr. Ginger Grancagnolo, Joey Crinita, Rick Jarow, the Reverends Daniel Neusom, John William King, and Charles Burnham. But perhaps the most important teachers of all have been the students in my classes and workshops, and those with whom I have been privileged to work in counseling and readings. I thank each of them for the gifts of wisdom and love they have shared with me.

Although I have had very little or no personal contact with these people, for their books and performances which have given me great inspiration, healing, and love, I must thank Ram Dass, Emmanuel and Pat Rodegast, Bartholomew, White Eagle, Stephen Levine, Neale Donald Walsch, Paul Winter and Paul Halley and the Paul Winter Consort, and Susan Osborn.

From what seems now like the distant past, I must thank Muzetta Swann, Carolyn Harris, and Charlotte Miller, three very important women who helped me see my own possibilities. They encouraged and supported me as I began to teach in the spiritual and creative realms. And to Jim Pulley, who, in 1991, let me know in no uncertain terms that I was giving up on the teaching journey, and pulled me back to the pathway after a period of inner conflict.

Thanks to Bill Lewis and Arlene Shrut for the fantastic musical collaborations we have shared, all of which fed my relationship to Spirit, just as Spirit filled our music. There must also be a special thanks to Simon Chauss whose love and encouragement brought the beginnings of this book into being nine years ago.

A huge thank you to those who read various parts of the manuscript and contributed in various ways: Len Belzer, Sandra Bilotto, Jeff Binford, Dr. Kathleen Calabrese, Wendy Coad, the Reverend Charmaine Colon, Cat Conrad, David Edelfelt, Jean Frdric, Stephanie Gunning, Martin Hennessy, Ken Hornbeck, the Reverend Terry Drew Karanen, John Klapper, the Reverend Kathy Medici, Laura Meyers, Dorothy Neff, the Reverend Joel Rosow, Anthony Saridakis, the Reverend James and Mary Dudley Seale, Rebecca Shore, Arlene Shrut, Donna Slawsky, Emily Squires, and Ann Weeks.

Finally, to my fellow traveler, Myra Winnerthank you for all you are to me. You have given me many gifts for my journey.

THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE

Many years ago, Spirit spoke to me of a new language

the language of Love

and explained that it was actually the original language of

all creation,

but seemed to be a new language for our time.

And so I asked

How do I learn the language of Love?

Spirit replied

There is nothing to learn. There is only to be.

And I said,

But be what?

Spirit replied

Be You. Be You in the largest sense of You.

Be You in your truth, in your power, in your strength.

Be You as you know yourself in God and God in you.

I asked

What are the words of this language of Love?

Spirit responded

There are no words. And there are all words.

When you come to know your heart

and can live there in your essence,

in God,

you will know and speak the language of Love.

The vocabulary of the language of Love is not verbal.

This is a language of intention, of thought, of movement, of color,

of sound, of action, of faith, of wisdom, of integrity.

Speaking this language means letting Love be the essence

of every word you speak,

every breath you draw,

every action you take,

every aspect of your deepest faith.

It is the sharing of your innermost being.

It is a silent language that speaks louder

than any words will ever speak.

It is the language of Spirit. When you speak the language of Love,

you can commune with the highest realms of Spirit.

You will know Spirit's guidance

in every moment of your existence.

This language of Love can be yours, if you choose.

It is yours to explore and find your way into.

It is your language to live.
