FOREWORD
BUILDING ON THE ROCK
"The believers church is coming into its own." Evidence for this statement by Wally Fahrer is emerging on many continents. In country after country, new congregations with an Anabaptist polity are being founded and are flourishing. At the same time, congregations from other church traditions, under the pressures of post-Christendom, are increasingly functioning like believers churches. The spread of the intentional church is symbolized by the increasing practice, by Christians in many traditions, of believers baptism.
