P RODUCE OF I N10CITY

July-2010

Good Heavening Listeners and welcome to your awakening. This is 33.3 IM Readio on print and you have been invited to enter the redemption room, Live and direct from In10city. Today's discussion is for sceptics and fanatics alike.

Please abandon your dogmas and catastrophes at the door, all you moral convicts.

Join us now as we unravel the underlying fundamentals of the fortress they call RELIGION. Please feel free to adorn your dogma protection armour as we explore this treacherous terrain.

What we discover may be shocking but this forbidden food shall prove to be fruitful on our voyage to in10city.

Religion is a pillar of contemporary society and in doing so; it serves its function as a support system for those who desire justification for their existence.

What would happen then if this esteemed pillar crumbled?

We explore religion and the faith that keeps this vestal vessel afloat in this discussion.

In order to understand the power that religious institutions wield over the masses, we have to forage through the fundamentals of all religious doctrines and dogmas. In this discussion, we attempt to establish the common link between the beliefs that bind and blind.

What is it about religious doctrines that distinguish them from the myths of fairy tales and other sparkly stories told to children. What is the source of thss bind faith and why are adults more willing to believe in these religious tales while dismissing Santa, Fairies and mermaids.

What makes religion any more believable than a fairy tale when they both cannot be scientifically proven?

Human beings have long argued that they are superior to animals because of their ability to reason and their appreciation of religion. The irony is however that religion defies all reason and logic. In order to achieve an evolved state of in1Ocity, we are required to blast the hinges off our minds door.

If religion is a temple then it is our duty as knowledge seekers to deconstruct it brick by brick.

We realize that religion and several beliefs may be somewhat a risqu topic for many to explore but it is precisely because of its unquestionable nature that we must unravel the righteous ribbons wrapped around the effigy.

Faith is the ability to trust without tangible proof and this is the illogical state of mind that wages wars and denounces whores.

The impact of religion and its blind beliefs on human kind is comparable to the tale of the Pied Piper of Hamlin and the children who were enthralled by his melody.

The clue must surely be in the score. Fear, Inferiority and absolute conformity are some of the notes that are included in the composition.

Come undone without the beliefs that bind and open your mindset beyond religious righteousness.

It is only through becoming un-indoctrinated that we can ever hope to see any institution for what it is.

Hello, RJs. We have got a new Topic to Smoke On Now

What is the probability that Apostles & Epics such as Ramayana, Mahabaratha, Dasavatharam, Jesus, Buddha etc., were all documented predictions using which the world was converted as a Movie set to make the innocent new generation live in belief, and all these are yet to happen?.

Lets keep In mind not to hurt any religious emotion while blurting out our own.

Let me first establish my belief that all religions and their doctrines are - photo 4

Let me first establish my belief that all religions and their doctrines are rooted in the same fairy tale. Every mainstream religion and several ancient ones such as Egyptian and Mesopotamian consist of the tale of creation and redemption in the form of a sun of god and his sacred mother. In Hinduism, it is Krishna and Devaki and in Christianity it is Jesus and Mary. In Buddhism it is Maya and Guatama Buddha. In Islam it is Miriam and Muhammad and in Egyptian Sun worship, it is Isis and Horus. Even the ancient Mesopotamians believed in this tale in the form of Semiramis and Tammuz.

When we draw the viscous link between all these mainstream religions and the ones deemed to be cults, we begin to question if religion is truly a diversification of one miraculous event that defied all scientific reasoning or if it is something much more sinister and manipulative than what society force feeds us.

I believe that the unanimity tale of miraculous mother and sacred son is part of a conspiracy to brainwash the masses and oppress millions in the process. Why do we have the climax of a prince rescuing a princess in every fairy tale? We do so because it is an idealistic notion that instils the element of blind faith in us, faith that is so surreal in its paralysis that we become complacent in our efforts and extremely adamant in our (pre)fixed way of thinking. This is evident in religion as well where followers believe that one should aspire to be Christ like at all times. When asked why, they maintain that it is because Jesus died on the cross for them. In religions like Buddhism, the justification is that the deity in question was an exemplary human being and hence one has to aspire to imitate his behaviour.

Religion is a man made institution and it is important to separate religion from belief because they are two completely different things. Religion consists of man made, hierarchy sanctioned practices and rituals and belief is simply spirituality in its unadulterated form which is free of obligatory practices or dogmatism. Why then would there be religion if it wasnt for the desire of the elite to oppress the common man through dogmatic doctrines, practices and rituals? When human beings adopt religion in all its rigidity, they stop questioning and start absorbing whatever dogmas they are exposed to. In turn these religious human beings or ex individuals regulate, judge and indoctrinate others into a pre-made way of thinking. This is something I refer to as Tupperware thought where every reasoning a person has leads back to the same religious doctrine, is justified with a religious explanation or the mere case closed answer which is Only god knows or God works in mysterious ways. All thoughts are confined to and trapped in the religious sphere.

This is the power of religion and it is in my opinion that this myth of unconditional maternal love and divine innocence splayed open to save humanity serves its purpose which is to oppress human beings and keep them in line. When thought is trapped in a pre fixed bento box of societal morality and virtue, the mind eventually decomposes from lack of exploration. Religion and its tales of humanitarianism maximized to the point of divination have trapped human minds in cages for centuries the same way that fairy tales have ferried little girls every where into forests of naivet.

This is evident in religion as well where followers believe that one should aspire to be Christ like at all times. When asked why, they maintain that it is because Jesus died on the cross for them.
