Ray Comfort delivers yet another insightful and soul-stirring masterpiece for the ages. He does more than shed light on one of historys most notable geniuses he daringly explores the infinite Mind that fashioned the finite one, and leaves his readers at the threshold of awe and wonder.
Emeal Zwayne, cohost ofThe Comfort Zone
Einstein once said, Anyone who doesnt take truth seriously in small matters cannot be trusted in large ones either. Ray Comfort has done it again. His uncanny ability to connect with his readers through wit, humor, and wisdom is a vital lifeline to todays postmodern reader. His integrity and research are an integral part of connecting todays generation with the vividly brilliant Albert Einstein.
Mark A. Spence, Dean of Students, School of Biblical Evangelism
Einstein, God, and the Bible is a timely book on a subject that interests multitudes throughout the world. Ray Comfort has an exceptional gift in that he takes the most interesting subjects and creates engaging and accessible work that appeals to novice readers and scholars alike. I am sure Einstein will influence millions.

IN THE PROPAGANDA WAR carried out today by the angry atheists (as they have been dubbed), their standard-bearer is often the late great scientist Albert Einstein. In fact, why not use him as their poster boy, the atheists would argue, if he was the smartest man in the world of the past century and also an atheist? After all, if the most brilliant man in the world was an atheist, then shouldnt all of us be smart enough to follow him and be atheists ourselves? Einstein is depicted in a well-circulated montage of photos as the most famous atheist of all. He is the logical icon for atheism - that is, if he were actually an atheist.
This fascinating new book by Ray Comfort examines that urban myth, and along the way pops other balloons in the atheists propaganda parade.
Over the years, I have observed that an increasing number of atheist academics are no longer content with just writing books and articles in their cozy offices or speaking in the comfort of their classrooms. They have become zealots for their belief system, which is, after all, their religion. (Yes, atheism is a worldview that, along with its sister belief system, evolution, claims to explain everything around us.) Atheists are now venturing into the culture with a much greater zeal for their message, and they can put passive Christians to shame. The new atheists, as they have been labeled, are aggressively targeting you and your children with their message. Ultimately, they want to convert you away from your faith to theirs!
Accordingly, more and more atheists are trying to persuade people of the virtues of atheism. One of the most outspoken of this new breed of atheists is the vehement anti-creationist Prof. Richard Dawkins, formerly of Oxford University in England. Atheists like him are not just publicity seekers who are chasing the dollar. They are very serious about their mission. It is not uncommon for Dawkins to travel to America as a crusader who preaches his atheist message in lecture halls, on TV programs, to newspaper reporters, on websites, and wherever he can.
Most Americans still believe in God, even if they dont accept the God of the Bible or embrace the full authority of His Word. Now, if America generally believes in God, have the atheists and other secularists really had an impact on America? Well, consider the 1950s. If someone said to you back then: The homosexual movement is on the march, and if we dont do something, gay marriage will be legalized across the country, that person would have been laughed at. Almost all Americans living in the 50s believed that marriage was one man for one woman. They never would have believed that biblical marriage ever would be challenged. In the 1960s, however, atheists got prayer removed from Americas government schools. In more recent decades, they have managed to get Nativity scenes taken down from public places, Ten Commandment displays removed, creation pulled out of school curricula, and so on.
Why are the atheists gaining ground? What has happened in the culture to make this possible? As the authority of Gods Word and its absolutes have been undermined in America, the ideas of secular humanism and its anti-Christian messages have taken their place and have gained prominence. As I have been saying for decades, theres been a change in this culture at a very foundational level. Generations have been indoctrinated by the secular education system and the media to build their thinking on human reason alone, not the Word of God. And at the foundation of this monumental shift has been the creation-evolution issue.
Evolutionary indoctrination has produced generations of people who now doubt Gods Word beginning in Genesis, and many of these Bible-doubters are sitting in our churches. Barna Research discovered that, of teenagers today who call themselves bornagain Christians, only 9 percent believe there is such a thing as absolute truth. These young people are ripe for atheist evangelists like Dawkins.
Dawkins insists that Christians have no right to teach religious nonsense to their children. He states in his book The God Delusion that children who are being brought up in Christian homes are being exposed to an infection or a virus.
One of Dawkinss evangelistic talks in America was actually given in a packed church, the First Parish Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts! A news report about Dawkinss message in this church stated: At first his words are greeted with laughter, and then with resounding applause. Yes, inside a church! What times we now live in!
As the authority of Gods Word and its absolutes have been undermined in America, including inside the church, the ideas of secular humanism and its anti-Christian messages have gained prominence.
I praise the Lord for Christian leaders like Ray Comfort who boldly proclaim the truths of the Bible. He engages the culture and compromising churches to return to the authority of Gods Word. With militant atheists increasingly on the march, Christians like Ray are needed more than ever to counter the atheist advances. We need many more churches and ministries equipping their people with resources to defend their faith and to encourage them to visit places like the Creation Museum and the future evangelistic Noahs Ark south of Cincinnati that defend the truths of Gods Word.
