This book is dedicated to

My husband, my best friend, and love of my life. His patience through this entire process and his kind support kept me inspired to accomplish my mission of sharing stories of hope and healing.

My Parents, my anchors, my shelter, and my safety. I was so blessed to have them over in Canada during my summit and book launch.

My beautiful daughter who let me be her mother and feel the real depth of motherhood. My world totally changed by her birth. She even changed my career path and my lifes purpose.

My authors and contributors who believed in me and supported me in participating my summits and reading and my books.

My readers, PTSD Survivors who read my book and support me by watching my podcast interviews. Through all interviews with PTSD coaches, healers, doctors, and holistic medicine practitioners, I learned that life is so beautiful and worthy to live. There is always hope, even in a dark tunnel when your eyes are blind, and you cant navigate to a brighter path. I found hope after trauma, after war, loss, immigration, violence, and infertility.

Life is worth living.

FOREWORD

Dr Defne Nayman MD

Antiaging, Functional, and Metabolic Medicine Expert, International Speaker, Author

As an emergency medicine physician for many years, I have experienced a variety of traumatic events, and in my personal life, I have endured my fair share of traumatic experiences. I grasp how PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) affects souls as well as the mind and body.

We find our own unique ways to heal from our traumatic experiences, and we start looking at the events from a different perspective with a fresh set of eyes. I like the embodiment of what Tony Robbins says: Blame the events for who we became, who we are now.

Hearteningly, I met Pantea through an influential mentorship program, and I am an avid admirer of her tireless work in bringing experts together to explore topics relevant to many of us. She is raising awareness and educating people by bringing exclusively selected experts with their wisdom to the table.

Listening to the PTSD self-healing summit was deeply emotional and equally uplifting. Standing ovation to all the writers in the book who are fearlessly forthcoming about their most terrifying memories and sharing their ways out of their deepest, darkest times.

FOREWORD

By Erin Chandler

Intuitive Healer, Psychic Medium, and Author

Throughout our lives, we often meet with trauma, tragedy, loss, and negative experiences that can alter our world as we know it. It is because of these experiences that we struggle in the darkness of those traumas and the aftershocks that change our perception of our lives from that point on. I have been on that journey, like many. After the death of my youngest daughter, storytelling became a significant part of my healing process. Spirituality I came to believe that we can heal ourselves with various tools and the support of community.

As a psychic, medium, and intuitive healer, working with many suffering from trauma and grief, I found when we delve into the expansive realm of possibility, into the unknown, we can learn how to talk about our deepest wounds. In a safe community, we can learn to understand our journey and embrace the profound, and life changing healing process that takes place.

Despite the horrors, traumas, and negative experiences we have, they can ultimately lead us to positive and compassionate people that understand us. Those who have been where we are. Those who have overcome and transcended their traumas and their aftereffects.

Pantea Kalhor is one of those people. We met through our mutual desire to help others find alternative ways to heal themselves from the aftershocks, the residue of trauma, and the tragedy that creates PTSD. We had an instant connection, recognizing that more people need to speak up and out about their experiences after trauma. Not just how to heal PTSD, but to dig deep and analyze our emotions. To learn how to live with the consequences and find healing.

Pantea is a soul warrior, driven by her desire to serve others, both by her own work in healing infertility and her experience of being held at knifepoint. She found a way to overcome these traumatic experiences and recognized that other people from many walks of life and experiences, have also found ways to heal themselves from PTSD trauma.

Her heartfelt dedication to helping others overcome trauma is the foundation of the PTSD Summit. Founded by Pantea, it is a collaboration of multiple modalities, and stories from those who have traversed the dark landscape of PTSD. This summit created a space for healing for all who attended, even the warriors as they shared their testimonies and the tools they use.

This book results from that PTSD Summit. Its a compilation of all their incredible storiesthe heartbreak of trauma, their healing journey, how they built resilience and found answers. These inspiring warriors, speak about how they took their power back and overcame all that held them down. Pantea has woven each of these moving accounts together for those who are struggling with the aftereffects of trauma, loss, and PTSD.

Each story here will touch your heart and inspire you to find your own healing path, to thrive despite of the trauma, to refuse to let trauma run this show called life, and to take back your power through these different modalities of healing. Everyone is an intuitive including YOU!

Thank you for shining a light for those still on the healing path, Pantea!
