Most people think if they have more time, more money, more cars, more houses, or a better job, theyll be happy; theyll be at peace.

Thats the grand illusion. What you really want is right here in this moment. You may not understand it right now, but as you go through this book and the clearing processes in it, youll reach an insight thatll be very real. Itll bring about a mind shift for you, and it will show you that peace, miracles, happiness, and everything else you want are all right here in this moment.

When you have the abundance paradigm as a permanent mental shift in your awareness, you no longer have to think about it. In fact, time becomes a watery, limitless dimension, and money comes to you easily and effortlessly, because you see it everywhere, and you see opportunities everywhere. Peace is no longer something that comes to you, because you live it: you realize its in this particular moment.

As we go through the abundance paradigm, all of this will become crystal clear, because the paradigm you are in right now will shift into the abundance paradigm. Im excited for you. As I often tell people, Expect miracles, because here they come.

The abundance paradigm is going teach you how to move from the law of attraction to the law of creation. In this book, Im going to take you through a personal transformationa mind shift.

First, however, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was in Rhonda Byrnes celebrated 2006 movie The Secret and after that went on to many other movies, including The Compass, Try It on Everything, The Tapping Solution The Meta Secret, The Leap, and many other ones. Ive been on various television shows including Larry King and Donny Deutsch, and Ive been on ABC, CBS, CNN, and Fox News. Ive written numerous books, including about fifty-three titles in marketing, advertising, publicity, spirituality, inspiration, and self-help.

Ive also recorded numerous audio programs, including The Power of Outrageous Marketing, the best-selling Missing Secret, The Secret to Attracting Money, and The Awakening. Im a certified hypnotherapist, a certified qi gong healer, and a certified Reiki master. Im an ordained minister. I have two PhDs, one in marketing and one in metaphysical science. I also have my own radio show on CBS Radio called The Joe Vitale Radio Show. Im also an explorer of the mystique traditions from ancient cultures. Ive been all over the world from Russia to Peru to Poland and points between, always looking for ways to help us awaken and experience the paradigm shift that we need.

That brings me to this material. It is leading-edge, breakthrough material. It is information and inspiration I have not shared before. I havent shared it before, because I needed to prepare people for it.

Hopefully, youve read other books or listened to other programs by me. Whether you have or have not, Ill bring you up to speed, and then Ill take you to a place thats called the abundance paradigm.

First of all, what is a paradigm? A paradigm is a mindset. Its not just a belief; its a collection of beliefs. Its your way of looking at the world. Your paradigm is so much a part of your personality right now that you dont even know what it is. You just take it for your reality. Life is the way it is for you because of the paradigmthe glasses youre wearingbecause of the mindset, the framing you have due to the beliefs youve collected ever since you were a child.

Thomas Kuhn, the physicist and historian of science, is credited with coining the term paradigm shift in his famous book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, published in 1962. Here were talking about a paradigm shift in your life. Were not talking about science so much as about personal transformation.

Although there is science behind personal transformation, Im here to help you get closer to awakening. Im here to help you go from the law of attraction to the law of creation. In order to do that, Ill have to talk a little bit about both of these laws. My explanations are designed to help you move into a different understanding about abundance, your life, and whats possible for you. This different understanding is, of course, the paradigm shift I want you to have. Thats the promise and essence of this book.

Lets jump into this material right now. Where are you going to be at the end of it, after youve completed the abundance paradigm? To help you understand that, I have to talk about the four stages of awakening.

If youre familiar with some of my previous works, youll remember that Ive talked about three stages of awakening. I only talked about three because in all honesty, thats all I knew at the time. Since writing those books and continuing to work on myself, my spiritual awakening has deepened. Ive had satori experiences, which means Ive had glimpses into this abundance paradigm, and I see that its a process I can live. Because of that, I discovered the fourth stage of awakening.

Let me tell you what the four stages of awakening are. The first is victimhood. Its not really so much a stage of awakening; its the stage into which most of us are born. When youre a victim, everybody is to blame for your life. Most people out there are living what Henry David Thoreau called lives of quiet desperation, because they still feel like victims.

You might still have moments of feeling like a victim. However, at some point, you come across The Secret, my books, or somebody elses. You suddenly realize you dont need to be a victim anymore. Then you move into the second stage of awakening, which is empowerment. Now you take control of your life, and you start to manifest more of what you want. You start to feel some of your power; you start to feel some of whats possible for you. Empowerment is when you learn about the power of visualization, for example, or the power of intention. It certainly feels better than the first stage. Being a victim doesnt feel good at all, but feeling empowered feels wonderful.
