PRAISE FOR
THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL
In the first year of our relationship with Andy Andrews, Fairway doubled its business volumefrom $5.4 billion to $11.2 billion. The second year with Andy, we cracked $17 billion, and the third year we moved past $22 billion.
Steve Jacobson, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation founder and CEO
I remember the day Andy Andrews said he could teach us to compete at a level our competition didnt know existed. From that moment, our first year in 2012, Andy worked to revamp our team. Sure enough, in that initial year we amazingly became the number one commercial broker in our central Florida area. Obviously, we continued with Andy and his Bottom of the Pool material. With his counsel we quickly passed the $100 million mark and have dominated our Realtor Association, setting all-time commercial records in each of the past three years. This year we are producing at a level 338 percent higher than our closest competitor. Seriously.
Todd Rainsberger, Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate owner and broker
Having retired as president and CEO of the company, I can now reveal that I did indeed negotiate an exclusive contract with Andy Andrews. For five years we were the only corporation in our industry being taught the material now included in The Bottom of the Pool. For five years not only was Andy Andrews the only outside influence consistently working with our sales professionals, but he also mentored our executive team. During that period, we went from less than $100 million in annual revenue... to ten times that amount. When Andy first spoke for us, I put him in front of an audience of eight hundred. Five years later we had grown to a point that the same event was held in Cowboys Stadium.
Richard Wright, Advocare International former president and CEO
I am thrilled the material in The Bottom of the Pool is now available for everyone. Fearless Mom has used Andys information and insights as part of our core learning. In just one year our subscribers grew by 233 percent, and we are now reaching moms in more than thirty countries. This book will provide direction for you as a parent and lead you to answers in your personal and professional life.
Julie Richard, Fearless Mom founder

This book could not be more valuable if the words had been printed on solid gold paper. Three years ago my business had stalled at a moderate level of success, and I couldnt figure out how to get it growing again. Then I found Andy Andrews and his principles from The Bottom of the Pool. Since putting these principles into practice, my business has grown by more than 500 percent. In addition, theres one specific teaching included in this book that directly brought in more than $700,000 in revenue.
Tiffany King, Eat at Home and Eat at Home Meal Plans owner and author, Eat at Home Tonight
Andy Andrews is Americas best storyteller since Mark Twain. Who knew laughter and insight would be such an incredible combination?
Mark Lowry, artist and songwriter of the Christmas classic Mary, Did You Know?
I am writing these words at the end of January 2019. Yes, I did receive early access to the material included in The Bottom of the Pool, and my business has been utilizing the methods outlined in this book. Amazingly, we have already increased our 2019 results by 51 percent over last year at this time. If you read one book this year, make it this one. The Bottom of the Pool will make sense to you in a way no book ever has.
Joe Pici, Pici & Pici Inc. president and CEO, named to Global Guruss Worlds Top 30 Sales Professionals

Guide
W hen I was a kid, my parents would drop me off at the pool during the summer. This mustve been an excellent childcare method because most of my friends parents did the same thing. Day after day, all summer long, we never seemed to tire of being at the pool. Though we were almost always in the pool, for some reason, that is how we referred to being there.
Where were you yesterday?
At the pool.
We played Marco Polo, horse and rider, water football, atomic whirlpool, watermelon push, and blue roverwhich was just like red rover except that it was in the water. Back then, of course, all swimming pools were treated with vast amounts of chlorine. By the middle of July, if a blond kid didnt have a lime-green tint to his hair, it was obvious to everyone he hadnt spent much time at the pool.
Another thing would happen about the middle of July. We would become somewhat bored with much of what we had been doing and begin to invent our own games.
