Dear Friend,
It is possible you had a great deal of trouble obtaining this book. My book is easy reading, but you might discover you are having a difficult time reading it. You might be easily distracted or easily lose your interest. If you discover this to be true, then demons do not want you to be set free. If this pertains to you, then you need to read this book. Not only that, but you also need the freedom that only the Holy Spirit can give you (Psalm 50:15). The devil does not want you set free. As long as you are not free, these evil spirits will have a great influence over the choices you make. They have your reins in their hands, and the bit is in your mouth. In my autobiography, Child of Woe, Child of Sorrow , I told of my devastating childhood and my dreadfully messed-up adult life. Then I told of my conversion in Christ, when the Holy Spirit set me free from legions of demons. In this book, I will take you through a complete guide on how to receive the same freedom I received through the Holy Spirit working in me and how to retain your new freedom. In this book, you will find the way to freedom from your sins that you find difficult to overcome and control. In being set free, you will find it much easier to resist the devil. When you do resist him and command the evil spirits to leave, they will flee. The spirits will no longer be inside of you but instead on the outside. The King James Version is the most reliable Bible from which to learn the truth; therefore, I will be using the King James Version for more basic truths. All other versions have been derived from the King James Version and lack some important details. For this reason, my preferred version I read at home is the King James Bible. I do, however, understand that thee , thine , thou and other words can be confusing for many readers. May the Lord bless you. May you find freedom through Christ, and may the Holy Spirit work through you as you read these words, which I received from my best friend, our Holy Spirit.
Yours truly,
Patricia L. Loranger
Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:
Acts 1:8
At its widest point, the Kings Highway 401, also known as MacDonald-Cartier Freeway, in Canada has 18 lanes in the main line and an additional 4 lanes as connecting ramps, a total of 22 lanes. Every one of these lanes measures 15 feet across, thus making the Ontario Highway 401 the widest road in the world. Now, let us take a deeper look. The width of every lane (15 feet) multiplied by the number of lanes (22) equals 330 feet. The Kings Highway is 330 feet wide. If our imaginations could enlarge this highways width by 16,000 times, it would then equal 5,280,000 feet, making its width 1,000 miles across. That is a lot of road! Let us now say this is the wide road the Bible refers to that leads to destruction. We know there are billions upon billions who travel this road to destruction, so my imagination tells me this road to destruction is a wide road. In the year of 2017, the world population was 7,494,320,452 people, of which, let us assume, 1,000,000 were Christians. That means 7,493,320,452 people are all walking on this road to destruction.
For all of my early life, I walked on this wide and well-trod road to destruction, not knowing there was a pathway that led to everlasting peace, tranquility and eternity with God. This road to destruction is popular. People of every nationality, young and old, follow this great and mighty road. They see in the far distance, at the end of this road, a great and glowing amber in the sky. It stretches across the entire highway of destruction, and as it fills the sky, it resembles gold. The lust and greed in the human soul draws them to this mighty pot of gold at the end of this highway. Humankind walks this great road, and all are heading in the same direction as they move closer, hoping in their greed to reach out and take hold of the gold.
There is plenty to do as they travel this highway. They lust after immorality. The sins of the flesh feed their souls. They can see, as they travel along, many attractions on the roadside to feed the sinful lust of their flesh. All these side-road attractions are well posted and clearly pleasant to their sensual drive. Although I was often sad and often considered suicide, just the same, I found great pleasure in fulfilling the lust of my flesh. I enjoyed this road of destruction enough that I did not desire to leave it. I was greatly disheartened yet drawn to the false hope this road promised me.
As I walked this road, I saw an attractive man. His outward beauty appealed to my sensual drive, and we then made a connection. After some time, his lust for me went dry, leaving me in a deeper despair than before. I fell down to my knees; I was helpless as I dragged myself along this mighty road. My only goal then was to make it to the end of the road and rest eternally in peace as I died and went into the grave. I then saw in the brush by the road a person who looked kind and warm-hearted. I could see that He was motioning with His hand for me to come near. I got up off my knees and, uncertain and fearful, started walking closer to the edge of the road. As I stood before Him, I could see that He was a Spirit, and I could feel radiating from Him a love I had never felt before. He reached out and took me by my hands, pulling me off the road onto a narrow pathway. As I observed the path, I saw that it had not been often travelled on. With gentleness, He held my hand and led me along the path. I asked Him, Does this path have a name?
