The human mind is constantly searching for answers to lifes complexities. If only we could go back to our yesteryears with the knowledge we have today. But life doesnt work like that or does it? In reality it does and it doesnt. We cannot, as Cher sings, turn back time. We cannot return to that place in time when we were young, equipped with the knowledge that our years of experience have given us. But, for sure, we can prepare ourselves to take advantage of the opportunities of our todays. For sure, we can prepare ourselves to take advantage of the opportunities to shape our tomorrows for a rich and meaningful life.

Life was never intended to be lived from a hit-or-miss perspective. Nor with a deterministic belief that we are powerless to change our lives. Success, happiness and wellbeing do not abide in the realm of luck, but more so in our knowledge, belief systems and, most decisively, in accurate timing. Once we have the knowledge and tools we need to live a rich life, whats left is for us to decide if we want it. The freedom to choose is ours. Through Universal and Personal Time Cycles, Life constantly offers us opportunities for growth spiritually and materially. The choice to say yes or no to those opportunities, however, is ours to make. Sometimes we fail to see an opportunity. At other times we may deem it as requiring too much work, too much effort, so we retreat. And so we miss the chance to maximise success and happiness in our lives, either because we dont see it clearly, or because we cant be bothered putting in the effort needed to meet the requirements for their attainment.

It is my intention that the knowledge, wisdom and information within these pages will encourage you to see Lifes opportunities more clearly, and so eliminate the temptation or inclination to miss them or sidestep them. The privilege to choose, though, will still be yours. Will you say yes to that opportunity to take charge of your life, to take the lead, or will you tell yourself its too hard? Will you take the opportunity to allow Life to guide and direct you, or will you insist on holding onto the controls, wanting things your way, until you lose out? Will you take the opportunity to grow your wealth portfolio or will you ignore it because it calls for a little more conscious choosing in your spending?

Most of life is lived in a hit-or-miss manner. If we continue to live life from this shaky base, not knowing what to expect, not knowing how to best respond, is it any wonder then that we see our lives as more of a struggle than a joy, more stressful than content? You can choose to respond to Lifes opportunities confidently, with the knowledge to choose with love and wisdom, or you can continue on that hit or miss platform and simply hope that things will improve for you someday, somehow.

Life constantly returns the ball in your court. How will you play it? I encourage you to play it to win! I encourage you to always play a Life shot to win. Anything less would be self-sabotage of the worst kind and not worthy of the unique and talented person you were born to be and the rich and meaningful life which awaits your willingness to say yes.

Consider a rich dessert. It is a work of art, a vision of beauty, which tantalises your taste buds before you even taste it. Once you savour the first mouthful, you discover to your delight that it is neither too sweet nor too tart. Nor is it gluttonous in quantity, but precisely enough to be pleasurably and delectably enjoyable. It is perfectly balanced. It does not war with your stomach but soothes it and is just enough of a good thing to complete your dining experience. It leaves you wanting more, yet you know that more would not enhance but might diminish what has been a most pleasurable and sensuous human experience.

Now, consider a rich life. It is in many ways like a rich dessert. The beauty of a rich life is that it radiates a good feeling about yourself and your place within the human family. It fills that part of you that is beyond only money. A rich life includes money, but being money rich is not its sole purpose. Money can be like a warm overcoat on a winters day. It is a necessity as well as a want. Money is the difference between a hand-me-down coat or your coat of choice. And if we are to speak honestly, we would all prefer a coat of our choosing. Some people will tell you that money is the source of all evil. But I do not believe this. Misers can be rich or poor. If you can handle little money then its likely that you can also handle big money. If you are poor and generous then you can be rich and generous. Dont be fooled. If you are a good person with little money, you can be a good person with much money. It rests with how you choose to exchange your money. What you choose to do with your money determines whether you are simply money rich or whether you live a rich life. The choice is yours to make and its your choice which determines whether you will be a money-rich person with a poor life or a wealthy philanthropist living a rich life.
