While most everyone experiences fleeting moments of happiness, many people struggle to truly sustain that feeling, exhausting themselves by chasing moments of pleasure to try and recapture that transcendent feeling. Others find themselves plagued by dark thoughts and inescapable memories of dreadful experiences, even though their lives in the present are good. In Sustaining Happiness, John Tukums, founder of DeepSubconscious.ai Inc. and the World Happiness Foundation, explores exactly where we traditionally have gone wrong based on rote traditions based along from generation to generation in our quest for happiness.

Sharing his own struggles to overcome challenges, John concludes that the more our workplace culture emphasizes productivity, performance, and achievement without prioritizing happiness, the more we will all struggle to find meaningful happiness. During his journey to find lasting happiness, he has found peace and joy that pervade his mind, and have brought balance and relief back into his body, to ultimately sustain new levels of high performance. John outlines how our cultural narratives about suffering and fleeting joy have set us up for failure, and provides intensely practical instructions for finding Titan Happiness right now.

In this book youll learn:

- Why most contemporary self-help models dont provide the tools for us to find lasting happiness.

- How to rapidly self-identify and self-manage deeper thoughts within your mind and strengthen core physiological skills of deep breathing and speaking capabilities within your body.

- Why you dont have to wait until you achieve success to be happy.

- How to take practical steps that will rapidly transform the way you understand suffering and the way you find happiness.

- How to build workplace-sustained high performance capacity.

- What to do after you achieve Titan Happiness.

Many people erroneously believe that happiness isnt meant for them. This book persuasively proves that, in fact, happiness is attainable for anyone who knows where to start. This book is the practical happiness instruction manual youve been searching for.

Preface
E arly in the twentieth century, Andrew Carnegie, business magnate and philanthropist, disclosed his formula for great wealth achievement to author Napoleon Hill. Carnegies secret was woven through the pages of Napoleon Hills book Think and Grow Rich, which followed a multi-year study of wealthy individuals. This book contains a very different secret, a formula to sustaining happiness, that has been put into practice by thousands of people from all walks of life and by leaders whether knowingly or through intuition. The secret to sustaining happiness is a layer deeper than the words in this book, and involves how you internalize the events in your life, along with how you prepare your body to feel happiness and navigate lifes challenges. The secret to which I refer and the underlying intuition that is tapped into is mentioned at least fifty times within this book. It is not called out directly, since it works more successfully when it is experienced. The secret is used extensively by Richard Branson and Narendra Modi. For those that are ready, you will connect deeply to it.
You never get something for nothing! The secret to which I refer cannot be had without an investment of time and energy, although the value in terms of peace and personal freedom is far much greater than its price. The secret serves equally well to all of those that are ready for it. Education doesnt have anything to do with it, and it never will. Somewhere, when reading these pages, the secret will connect with your intuition. When it appears you will recognize it, whether this occurs in the first part of the book or the final pages. The moment that the secret presents itself will be a turning point in your life.
The purpose of this book is to convey facts, not fiction, and not just the what to do but also the how to do it. For those that receive the universal truth, they will receive the stimulus to make the secret of sustaining happiness their own. If you are ready for the secret, you already have half the answer within you, and the other half will appear through the pages of this book.
