Introduction
Every one of us has wondered about what it means to be human. Do we have a soul? What is the minds eye? Where do dreams come from; where do they go?
We have also at one time or another needed a positive, inspiring or kind word in our ear. How do we find strength against the adversity we face each day? What can we do to ensure we keep travelling forward when everything is pushing us back?
The greatest thinkers of our time have considered these questions and more; we now look to these people to inspire us, to sum up their thoughts and pass their wisdom on.
In this book, Jack and Jimmy have chosen over one hundred of their favourite philosophical quotes and the same number of inspirational ones from all walks of life. Some are well-known, some not so and some will surprise you with their inclusion.
However, ever single quote in this book is included for a reason. You may wish to read this book to inspire you in your daily life, or alternatively as a source for a presentation or business meeting. Whatever your reasons for buying this book, we hope it serves its purpose to make you think and to make you strong, so you can face the world and achieve your goals.
