Roar from Zion
Discovering the Power of Jesus through Ancient Jewish Traditions
Foreword by Chuck Pierce
Praise for R OAR FROM Z ION
My dear friend and covenant brother of forty years has written a new book. Roar from Zion reveals Paul Wilburs heart and passions. There is the desire for intimacy in worship, for revival, for sharing the truth about Yeshua with our Jewish people, and for the recovery of the Jewish historic and prophetic context of the Scriptures. In addition, this new book describes the new mandate Celebration Church in Jacksonville, Florida, has been pursuing for a living experience with Yeshua, the Son of David and the Son of God.

This book tells the amazing story about an amazing event that took place in Jerusalem and about the amazing roar from Zion. At times, it felt like I was reading a novel, but the story is real, and the message is real. God will yet again roar from Zion, and the Jewish people, along with the whole world, will be shaken. Read this book and join this end-time spiritual journey for yourself!

If you enjoy Paul Wilburs music, messages, and writings, as I do, you will enjoy this latest release, Roar from Zion.
The reader will be enlightened by Pauls insight into the Sabbathand why and how it is meant to be celebrated. He shares the importance of remembering Gods feasts and festivals and why God has given them to us, His family. Deep into the text, he also reminds us of the importance of daily Bible reading, prayer, fasting, fellowship, and family. Personal revelations on the power of praise and worship are shared by this musician and artist in a way that testifies to Pauls more than forty years of service.
Roar from Zion is a heartfelt and challenging encouragement as we prepare for God to restore His Kingdom, when He will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem.
John Arthur Muenz Jr., M.D., Jacksonville, Florida
The word vocationas in ministerial vocationcomes from the Latin vocatio, meaning voice. People notice impulses within them that incline them toward various vocationscould be a plumber, electrician, doctor, housewife, or teacher. The point is that people notice something in them that wants to be heardthus a vocation. While granting the value of all legitimate vocations, theres something particularly noteworthy about hearing the voice of God and then responding accordingly.
Roar from Zion tells the story of how a man walked my talk: Paul Wilbur heard something, responded, and the rest is historyi.e., his story. Having its genesis in a still small voice, Roar from Zion is its authors autobiographical journey through time and circumstance. It tells the story of God at work in the world today and the emergence of a distinctively Jewish-Christian worship experiencewith Paul very much in the vanguard. He gives a window into his life and his ministry callings vicissitudes, and, with it, a culminating vision for the basics of a one new man congregational model planted in a contemporary church experience.
This book is full of inspiration and information. Its creatively loaded with biblical stories and applications, and I am so very pleased to commend it to you.

F OREWORD
W orship is the reality of the relationship between God, the Creator and Possessor of Heaven and Earth, and mankind. Yeshua defined the experience of worship in John 4:2324: But the time is coming and is already here when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit [from the heart, the inner self] and in truth; for the Father seeks such people to be His worshipers. God is spirit [the Source of life, yet invisible to mankind], and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth (AMP). Truly, this defines the reality of the relationship between God and man.
This book by Paul Wilbur is real! Roar from Zion is an amazing journey from self to reality. This is one of the few books that you hear instead of read. You sense reality from the first sentence through the closing paragraph. In Roar from Zion, Paul led me on a journey into the reality of worship in his life and the reality of a Holy God. I found myself worshiping. I entered into knowing the Lord and experiencing His heart and His character with a depth of understanding that was new and fresh.
The Lord will thunder and roar from Zion! (Joel 3:16 AMP). As we are proceeding in this new era in history, we must look and listen for the new. This new era will be summarized as the era in history when the Lord roared from Heaven! He is listening for those in the Kingdom of God who will echo this same roar from Earth. This book will help you develop and unlock the sound that has been stored within you for NOW!
